Winna is a young crypto casino and sportsbook that launched in 2024 and built its pitch around rewards instead of a welcome bonus: instant rakeback claimable every few minutes, lossback for higher VIP levels, and a VIP transfer programme aimed at players from bigger brands. It has grown quickly, but 2026 has also brought the most serious fairness dispute we have seen at a mid-sized crypto casino, an unresolved complaint before its regulator, and a Trustpilot page with its rating withheld. This review sets out what is known in October 2026: the open disputes first, then the licence, country list, rewards, games, payments and verification, and how Winna compares with other crypto casinos.
- Open disputes in 2026: a player says he lost about $7.3 million on a private, invite-only version of Winna’s Slide game in May 2026 and has complained to the Tobique Gaming Commission. Independent analysis found the disputed rounds cannot be verified. Winna has not commented publicly and no ruling has been published.
- Licence: Winna is run by GG Gaming S.R.L. of Costa Rica under a Tobique Gaming Commission (New Brunswick, Canada) B2C licence listed as valid to 8 May 2027. No licence number is published.
- Rewards, not a welcome bonus: instant rakeback (reported as up to 10% at Bronze rising to up to 60% at the top tier), lossback from Platinum, races and a VIP transfer. Deposits carry a 1x turnover rule before withdrawal.
- KYC is not optional in practice: Winna’s payment policy, as reported in October 2026, requires identity checks before the first withdrawal or after €2,000 wagered. Standard withdrawals are capped at about $10,000 per 24 hours.
- Our view: usable for modest balances if you accept offshore risk, but the unresolved fairness questions mean we would not keep a large balance on Winna or play private or modified game builds.

What happened at Winna in 2026
Three issues define Winna’s 2026. None has been ruled on by a regulator, and in each case the evidence comes from players, forums and review sites rather than an official finding. We set them out first because they matter more than any bonus.
The VIP Slide dispute
A high-stakes player says he lost about $7.3 million of his own money over 62 bets on 15 and 16 May 2026, on a private, account-gated build of Winna’s Slide game called “slide-vip”. The claim was made public on Bitcointalk in July 2026. Its central point is technical: the public Slide uses a pre-committed hash chain that anyone can check, but the private build reportedly used a fixed, public client seed and no published server-seed chain, so the outcomes could not be locked in before the bets were placed. The complainant says he does not allege that any specific result was hand-picked.
FairGambling, a crypto gambling news site, published an analysis on 22 August 2026. It verified 224,564 rounds of the current public Slide chain, which pays close to the advertised 96.5% RTP, but found no published commitment for the chain that was live from 14 to 16 May, so the disputed rounds cannot be independently verified. It also reported that Slide went offline on 17 and 18 May and was reseeded on 19 May, which reset the round counter and removed earlier rounds from the public record. FairGambling discloses that Winna is one of the casinos in its own wager-share programme.
The player says the case went to the Tobique Gaming Commission on 22 July 2026 and that he had heard nothing since 9 August. Winna has not commented publicly and did not reply to FairGambling’s questions. According to the complainant, Winna’s counsel said the VIP build ran at a 98% RTP setting. We found no regulator decision as of October 2026.
Earlier fairness questions
In February 2026 a Bitcointalk thread argued that Winna’s Originals were not properly provably fair, citing HMAC-based seed hashing, nonces not consumed by zero-value bets and no option to set your own client seed. On 9 March 2026 a Winna representative said the site had switched to plain SHA-256 hashing, allowed custom client seeds, would fix the nonce issue by early in the second quarter and planned to open-source the Originals code. The thread was marked resolved, although later posters disputed that, including claims about Plinko odds in early 2026 that we could not verify. We found no evidence that the open-source release had happened by October 2026.
Withdrawal complaints and Trustpilot
A BTCGOSU report from September 2026 collects complaints about held withdrawals, including a dispute over a withdrawal of more than $300,000 first reported by Casinomeister. Trustpilot currently withholds Winna’s rating because of a guidelines breach and says it removed fake reviews, without saying in whose favour. The visible reviews split almost evenly between five stars and one star, with complaints about pending withdrawals, VIP transfers not processed and bonuses not delivered. None of this is verified, but the pattern is consistent across sources.
Treat private or “VIP” versions of games as unverifiable unless the casino publishes a commitment hash before you bet. Keep balances small, withdraw winnings to your own wallet, and keep screenshots and transaction IDs in case you need to complain.
Our verdict on Winna
On paper Winna has a strong product for players who bet often: instant rakeback that is claimable throughout the day, lossback at higher levels, low 1x deposit turnover, a sizeable slot library, its own originals and a sportsbook on the same balance. Payments are crypto only, with a reasonable coin list and quick withdrawals reported for normal amounts.
The case against it is trust. The Tobique licence is a lighter regime than Curaçao’s reformed system, Winna publishes no licence number, the May 2026 Slide dispute is unresolved, and the Trustpilot record is compromised. The “no KYC” marketing also overstates how anonymous the experience is, because the payment policy requires checks before the first withdrawal. If rewards matter most and you can keep balances modest, Winna is usable. If you want the safest offshore option, larger and longer-running brands such as Stake or Shuffle have a longer public record.
Winna suits regular slot and originals players who value rakeback over a welcome bonus and who withdraw often. It does not suit anyone planning to keep a large balance on site or play high-stakes private builds.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Instant rakeback, reported as claimable every seven minutes, with no wagering on the rakeback itself.
- Only a 1x turnover on deposits before withdrawal, lower than most deposit-match bonuses.
- Daily, weekly and monthly races that require no opt-in.
- A broad library from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Evolution.
- Thirteen cryptocurrencies, plus card and bank purchases of crypto through a third party.
- Sportsbook and casino on one balance.
What to watch
- Unresolved 2026 complaint before its regulator over unverifiable private-game rounds.
- Tobique licence with no published licence number and limited independent recourse.
- Trustpilot rating withheld after fake reviews were removed.
- Verification required before the first withdrawal despite no-KYC marketing.
- Standard withdrawals capped at about $10,000 per 24 hours.
- Headline rakeback and lossback rates apply only at upper VIP levels.
Licence, ownership and safety
Winna’s legal operator is GG Gaming S.R.L., a Costa Rican company that also appears as GG Gaming LLC in Winna’s terms. The site launched in summer 2024, and a sponsored press release in December 2024 announced a $15 million seed round, named Paul Martens as chief executive and co-founder, and described offices in Costa Rica and Switzerland. Press-release claims come from the company, not from independent reporting.
The licence comes from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a regulator based in the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada. Several 2026 reviews checked the Commission’s register and found GG Gaming S.R.L. listed as a B2C licensee valid to 8 May 2027, and its seal-validation page showed Winna.com as valid in August and September 2026. Neither Winna nor the register publishes a licence number.
How much protection does Tobique give?
Tobique is a small licensing body without the enforcement record of the UK Gambling Commission or Malta. You can complain to it, as the Slide claimant did, but there is no published history of rulings to show how quickly or effectively it handles disputes. Reviews also report that Winna’s previous alternative dispute resolution provider stopped handling its cases. Our crypto casino licence guide explains how to check a licence yourself and what each regulator can do.
Account security
Use a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication. Winna requires email verification before any reward is credited. Keep records of every deposit and withdrawal, including transaction hashes, because they are your best evidence in any dispute.
Countries where Winna is not available
Winna’s terms (clause 4.3) list 35 restricted countries and regions, according to reviews published in September and October 2026. The list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Israel, Russia, China, Iran and North Korea, along with a number of sanctioned and conflict-affected states. In Canada, Ontario and New Brunswick are restricted.
We do not list Winna, or any crypto brand, in markets where crypto gambling is closed or heavily licensed, including Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Australia, Great Britain and the United States. In Canada we exclude Ontario and Alberta. In Brazil, Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026 banned online betting and casino games entirely, so we do not list crypto casinos there either. Our coverage pages show where we list each brand.
Some markets, such as Switzerland, Portugal and Norway, are not on Winna’s list but have their own licensing rules that limit unlicensed operators. Check the law where you live. Do not use a VPN or false details: that breaks Winna’s terms and gives it grounds to close the account and withhold winnings. See our Canada market page for the provincial picture.
Welcome offer, rakeback and lossback
Winna has no standard welcome bonus and no promo code. Instead, every account earns instant rakeback from the start, and reviews from October 2026 describe the rate rising from up to 10% at Bronze to up to 60% at the top tier. Winna does not clearly publish the basis of that percentage on the pages reviewers quoted. In crypto casinos rakeback is normally a share of the house edge on each bet, not of the stake, which is how we treat it below.
Lossback, a share of net losses returned to you, is available from Platinum. Sources disagree on the maximum: Covers quotes up to 20%, while other October 2026 reviews quote up to 25%. Our data lists “25% instant cashback”, but that rate applies only at upper VIP levels, not to new players.
Say you wager $10,000 on slots with a 96% RTP. The expected loss is about $400 (4% of $10,000). At a 10% rakeback rate on house edge you would get back about $40; at 60% it would be about $240. Even the top rate leaves an expected loss of about $160, and you only reach that rate after very large lifetime wagering. Rakeback lowers the cost of play; it does not make it profitable.
The 1x deposit rule
Winna requires each deposit to be wagered once before withdrawal. That is to stop the site being used to move money, and it is light compared with the 30x to 40x turnover attached to deposit matches elsewhere. Free-play winnings from spins or promotions can carry their own wagering; Covers quotes 35x. Our bonuses explained guide shows how to compare offers like these.
Races and challenges
Daily, weekly and monthly races pay prizes based on wagering, with no opt-in. Reviews quote around $10,000 a day and larger weekly and monthly pools, but the amounts change. Races reward volume, so they favour players who already bet heavily.
VIP programme and VIP transfer
VIP levels are based on lifetime wagering. Exact thresholds are not consistently published, and the figures below come from 2026 reviews, which do not all agree.
| Level | Reported threshold | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | From about $1,000 wagered | Rakeback, monthly bonus |
| Silver | From about $20,000 | Weekly boost, free spins |
| Gold | Reported around $100,000 | Weekly bonuses, sportsbook free bets |
| Platinum | From about $500,000 | VIP host, daily reloads, lossback |
| Diamond | Not published | Top rakeback rate, reported up to 60% |
The VIP transfer programme gives higher starting rewards to players who can show wagering history at another casino. Covers lists tiered transfer bonuses starting at $100,000 wagered elsewhere, while Bitcoin.com quotes a $1 million minimum from Winna’s help centre and a $100 deposit, with boosted perks lasting 30 days. Trustpilot reviewers report transfer requests that were never processed, so get confirmation in writing before you move a bankroll. Our rakeback casinos guide compares VIP models across brands.
Games and Winna Originals
The third-party library includes slots, live casino and table games from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Relax Gaming. Counts vary widely between sources, from more than 4,000 to about 6,000 titles. Some studios release games at several RTP settings, and players have alleged lower RTP on some slots; Winna says all games run on the highest RTP setting each developer offers. Check the RTP in each game’s info panel, and read our RTP guide for why a few percentage points matter.
Winna Originals
About 15 in-house games include Plinko, Mines, Limbo, Dice, HiLo, Keno, Wheel, Slide and a crash-style title. The public versions use server seeds, client seeds and nonces, and since March 2026 you can set your own client seed. That is how provably fair verification is supposed to work, as our provably fair guide explains, but the Slide dispute shows its limit: verification only means something if the casino commits to the outcomes before you bet. If you play crash-style games, use the public versions and check a few results yourself.
Sportsbook
Winna’s sportsbook shares the casino balance and runs under separate sports terms. Reviews describe coverage of more than 40 sports plus esports and racing, with pre-match and live betting. Gold-level players receive monthly free bets. We found no 2026 testing of its margins, so compare prices on the markets you bet before relying on it. Our crypto sports betting guide shows how to work out a bookmaker’s margin.
Payments, coins and withdrawal limits
Winna is crypto only. October 2026 reviews list 13 coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL, XRP, TRX, BNB, DOGE, TON, DAI and SHFL. There are no fiat deposits, but you can buy crypto on the site with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or SEPA through a third-party provider, usually at a higher cost than sending your own crypto.
| Item | Reported figure |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | About $1 on most coins |
| Minimum withdrawal | $20 |
| Standard withdrawal cap | About $10,000 per 24 hours; a VIP host can raise it |
| Typical speed | About 10 to 30 minutes after approval, depending on network |
| Enhanced checks | Withdrawals of €2,000 or more |
| Fees | Network fees shown before you confirm; several withdrawals in 24 hours may incur a processing fee |
The $10,000 daily cap matters if you win big: a $60,000 balance would take about six days to withdraw at the standard limit, and the balance stays on the site while you wait. Use cheap networks such as TRON, Solana or Litecoin for small amounts, and check the network before you send. Our USDT casinos guide and instant withdrawal guide explain how to keep fees and delays down.
KYC and verification
Winna markets itself as no-KYC because you can sign up with an email address. Its payment policy, as reported by Bitcoin.com in October 2026, is stricter: identity checks are required before your first withdrawal, within 30 days of your first deposit, or before you wager €2,000, whichever comes first. Documents are government ID, proof of address from the last three months and proof of your payment method, and checks are typically completed within 72 hours.
Plan for verification from the start and use your real details. If light verification is a priority, our no-KYC crypto casinos guide explains what that really means and which trade-offs come with it.
Responsible gambling tools
Winna offers self-exclusion and account closure through support, but its tools are lighter than those at regulated operators, where deposit, loss and time limits are built in and enforced. Instant rakeback every few minutes, races and level-up rewards are designed to keep you betting. Gambling is paid entertainment, so set limits before you start.
- Set a monthly budget and deposit only that amount.
- Do not chase VIP levels or races; the extra rewards never cover the extra expected loss.
- Withdraw winnings promptly rather than letting them build up under the daily cap.
- Use self-exclusion and device-level blocking if you want to stop.
Our responsible gambling guide lists free support services and practical tools.
How Winna compares with other crypto casinos
| Casino | Main strength | Compared with Winna |
|---|---|---|
| Stake | Originals, sportsbook and VIP rakeback | Longer track record and no stated maximum withdrawal |
| Shuffle | Originals and a high-roller VIP ladder | Similar rewards focus; Winna also accepts the SHFL token |
| Rainbet | Rakeback and light sign-up | Similar model, different country list |
| Roobet | Streamer-led originals and Roowards | Larger brand, different restricted list |
| Wild.io | Three-deposit welcome package | Welcome bonus instead of rakeback-first rewards |
If Winna’s disputes put you off, our Stake alternatives guide and the full list of reviews cover brands with longer public records.
