Our verdict on Gamdom

Gamdom’s strongest points are its rewards model and its breadth. Instead of a large match bonus with heavy wagering, new players get boosted rakeback that is paid as real balance, and regular players earn rakeback, leaderboard prizes and rain drops without playthrough. The library is one of the larger ones in crypto gambling, the originals are verifiable and cheap to play in house-edge terms, and the sportsbook covers the major sports and esports in the same wallet.

The weaker side is trust. Gamdom trades from a Costa Rican company under an Anjouan licence, one of the lightest regulators in the offshore market, and in September 2026 the licence register and the regulator’s own validator did not agree on its expiry date. Its Trustpilot page currently hides the overall rating because of a breach of the platform’s guidelines and carries a warning that fake reviews were removed. Recent complaints focus on KYC holds on large withdrawals and account restrictions after wins. None of that proves systematic non-payment, but it does mean you should play with modest balances and withdraw promptly.

Licence, ownership and safety

Gamdom’s help centre names Moon Revolution Limitada, registered in Costa Rica, as the operator and says it runs the site under Anjouan licence number ALSI-152406043-FI4. Its terms are governed by Costa Rican law. Costa Rica has no online gambling regulator of its own, so the Anjouan licence is the only gambling supervision in place.

A September 2026 review that checked the Anjouan regulator’s tools found the licence validator returning “valid” while the public register still showed an expiry date of 29 June 2026, and only gamdom.com listed as a covered domain, although Gamdom also runs mirror domains. Before depositing, look up the licence number on the Anjouan licence verification page and check that the domain you are using is on it. What the Anjouan licence gives you

Very little in practical recourse. There is no mandatory independent dispute service, no segregated-funds rule you can rely on, and enforcement against a Costa Rican company is slow. Your protection comes mainly from your own habits: small balances, prompt withdrawals and keeping most of your crypto in a wallet you control.

Account security

Turn on two-factor authentication before your first deposit and use a unique password. Gamdom has a busy public chat, and scammers on large crypto casinos often pose as staff or promise rain and bonuses. Gamdom support will not ask for your password or 2FA code, and the casino only operates from its official domains.

Countries where Gamdom is not available

Lists updated in late September and October 2026 show between 36 and 37 restricted countries and territories. They include the United States and Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and its overseas territories, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovakia, Serbia, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Iran, North Korea and Myanmar. Some individual games are also unavailable in specific countries because of provider licences.

Brazil is a separate case: a provisional measure in September 2026 banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games, including offshore sites serving Brazilians, and sites went offline on 6 October 2026. See our Brazil market page for the latest position.

Gamdom’s terms prohibit VPNs and proxies. Do not try to get around a restriction: the casino can close the account and keep the balance when it reviews a withdrawal. Our coverage pages list the operators we track for each market, including Canada.

Welcome offer: the 15% rakeback boost

As of October 2026 Gamdom’s welcome offer is a 15% rakeback boost that runs for seven days. It is not applied automatically: you open the Rewards page, go to Special Rewards and activate it, and you have six hours from registration to do so. Some affiliate links add extras such as a small batch of wager-free spins, but these are capped promotions and change often.

• No wagering: rakeback is credited as real balance and can be withdrawn once your deposit has been wagered once.
• Minimum claim: $0.10, and unclaimed rakeback does not expire.
• No maximum bet attached to the offer, because it is not a bonus balance.
• Calculation: Gamdom says rakeback depends on your stake, the game’s house edge or RTP and other undisclosed factors, so it is a share of the edge, not of your stake.
• Changes: Gamdom can alter or end the offer at any time.

Personalised deposit bonuses

Gamdom also offers occasional personalised deposit bonuses. Read these carefully. While a deposit bonus is active, originals and some named games are excluded, sports betting is blocked, withdrawals are locked and rakeback stops, and the opt-in cannot be undone. The 1x deposit rule

Every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn, and sports bets count towards this. That is a light anti-money-laundering rule rather than a bonus condition, but it matters if you deposit and then change your mind.

Rakeback, Royalty Up VIP and promotions

After the first week, rewards come from Royalty Up, Gamdom’s loyalty ladder. It has 24 levels in eight tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Opal, three levels each), and the first level is reached after roughly $1,000 of wagering. Higher tiers reportedly add a boost to rewards, and an invitation-only VIP Club adds a host and fee-free withdrawals. Gamdom does not publish a fixed rakeback percentage per level, so figures quoted on affiliate sites should be treated with caution. Players moving from another casino with at least $5,000 in deposits can apply for a VIP transfer.

Rakeback is the most valuable of these because it is paid win or lose and has no playthrough. Leaderboards are the opposite: they reward the players who wager the most, which is exactly the behaviour that loses the most money. Casino games and Gamdom originals

A sitemap count in September 2026 found about 8,300 game pages from 56 studios. The biggest suppliers are Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Evolution, Play’n GO, Amusnet and Red Tiger. Slot stakes usually go up to $1,000 a spin, and Gamdom carries “boosted” versions of some popular slots with an RTP around one point higher than the standard release. The live casino is built on Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live.

Originals and house edges

Gamdom’s in-house games include Crash, Dice, Roulette, HiLo, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Blackjack, Twist and Pocket Dice, plus slot Battles. They use the standard server seed, client seed and nonce, so you can verify each round. Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno and HiLo are listed at about 99% RTP, a 1% house edge, which is much cheaper per bet than most slots. Maximum bets and wins are high, but Gamdom’s FAQ and help articles quote different limits for the same games, so check the in-game info before staking large amounts.

Sportsbook and esports

Gamdom’s sportsbook covers around 20 sports, including football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, MMA, boxing, baseball, cricket, golf, darts, snooker and horse racing. Esports markets include Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Call of Duty and Rainbow Six, which suits the site’s Counter-Strike roots. You can place singles, combos and system bets, cash out on many markets and use Bet Boost on selected prices.

Results are settled through Sportradar, usually within two hours, and each market has its own maximum payout. Sports bets count towards the 1x deposit rule but cannot be placed while a casino deposit bonus is active. Payments: coins, networks and withdrawals

Gamdom accepts 11 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, USD1, Litecoin, TRON, XRP (with a destination tag), Dogecoin, Solana and BNB. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer purchases go through a third-party on-ramp, which is convenient but usually more expensive than sending crypto you already hold. The account can display balances in several fiat currencies, but withdrawals are paid in crypto only.

Withdrawal speed and limits

Gamdom says crypto withdrawals usually take between five minutes and an hour, depending on network confirmations. A network fee applies, with faster and slower tiers, and VIP Club members pay no fee. There is no fixed monthly cap, but large withdrawals can be paid in instalments, and you need a verified email address before cashing out. Delays usually come from one of four things: an unfinished 1x deposit requirement, an active deposit bonus, a KYC request, or a large withdrawal on a new account. KYC and verification

You can register, deposit and play at normal stakes without uploading documents, which is why Gamdom appears in some no-KYC casino lists. Verification is tiered, though, and it is not optional when Gamdom asks for it.

1. Level 1: name, date of birth and country.
2. Level 2: government photo ID and a selfie through a third-party verification service. Required to take part in chat rain.
3. Level 3: proof of funds, such as payslips or bank statements, when requested.

Checks can come at any time and are most common after large withdrawals or quick deposit-and-withdraw patterns. Withdrawals pause until verification is complete, and the terms set a deadline for supplying documents. Use your real details from the start, because a mismatch between your account and your ID is the most common reason a large withdrawal is refused.

Player feedback in 2026

Gamdom’s Trustpilot profile had more than 5,100 reviews in October 2026, two thirds of them five-star and about one in eight one-star. Trustpilot does not show an overall score: the rating is listed as unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines, and the page carries a notice that a number of fake reviews were removed. That alone is a reason to read the profile critically.

The recurring complaints in reviews from August to October 2026 are funds held during identity checks, accounts restricted after wins, disputes over bonuses or free spins that were withdrawn, and deposits sent on the wrong network. Positive reviews mostly mention fast crypto withdrawals. Gamdom replies to most reviews, usually by pointing to its terms and its provably fair games. Treat any single review as one person’s account, but the pattern supports keeping balances small and being ready for KYC.

Sponsorships and recent news

On 2 March 2026 Gamdom announced, in a Business Wire release, that it had acquired Motherland, the crypto casino brand founded by Iggy Azalea, with Azalea and the streamer N3on signing long-term ambassador deals. The price was not disclosed. Coverage in 2026 also lists sponsorship of Scottish football club Dunfermline Athletic and the Imperial esports organisation, which now plays as Gamdom Imperial. Streamer partnerships are a big part of Gamdom’s marketing, and streamed gambling rarely shows the losing sessions.

Football sponsorship by gambling brands is under growing pressure in Gamdom’s core markets. Premier League clubs agreed in 2023 to drop gambling sponsors from the front of matchday shirts from the 2026-27 season, although sleeve and perimeter deals remain allowed. Gamdom is not licensed in the UK and does not accept UK players, so any UK-facing sponsorship would not make the site available there.

Mobile experience

Gamdom works in mobile browsers and can be saved to the home screen as a web app. There is no official app in the main app stores in most countries, so be wary of store listings or download links shared in chat. The mobile layout includes the full library, the cashier, rewards and the sportsbook, although the busy chat and frequent promotion banners make it a noisy experience on a small screen.

Responsible gambling tools

Gamdom’s self-service tools are limited. In settings you can self-exclude for one, five or eight days, and the exclusion is binding, although withdrawals remain available. Longer or permanent exclusion must be requested from support. A September 2026 review found no deposit, loss or session limits in the account, which is a clear gap compared with regulated operators.

• Set a monthly budget and deposit only that amount.
• Treat leaderboards and rain as entertainment, not a reason to play longer.
• Withdraw winnings to your own wallet instead of leaving them on the site.
• Ask support for a longer exclusion and install blocking software if you want to stop.
