Duelbits launched in 2020 and has grown into a crypto casino and sportsbook known for stacked rakeback, a deep esports book and a run of high-profile sports sponsorships. Its rewards are unusually transparent: Duelbits publishes what share of the house edge each part of its rakeback pays. This review explains how the “47.5% rakeback” headline is built, what the current welcome offer looks like, how the Curaçao and Anjouan licences fit together, and what players report about withdrawals and account reviews in 2026.

Key takeaways
  • Offline since late September 2026: Duelbits took the site down after a hack of about $7 million from its hot wallets. It says player balances are safe, but no reopening date had been announced by mid-October 2026. Do not deposit until it is back and withdrawals are working.
  • Rewards (October 2026): rakeback stacked from several pieces (instant, daily, weekly and monthly Bits, a level-up bonus and referrals) that Duelbits markets as up to 47.5% of the house edge, with no wagering.
  • Welcome offer: varies by source and region. 2026 reviews report up to 500 free spins plus a first-deposit sports free bet of up to $100, while one September 2026 check found only rakeback on offer. Check your own account.
  • Licence: duelbits.com is run by Liquid Entertainment N.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence that showed as active in September 2026 but “assessment in progress” on the register.
  • Payments: 14 cryptocurrencies across 17 coin and network options. Withdrawals are crypto-only, take seconds to about 30 minutes, and carry no platform fee, but minimums reach $50 on some coins.
  • Not available in the US, the UK, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Singapore and other markets listed in its terms.

September 2026 hack and outage

In late September 2026 Duelbits confirmed that attackers had drained about $7 million from its hot wallets. Blockchain security researchers first flagged around $4.2 million leaving Duelbits wallets on Ethereum, BNB Chain and TRON, and later tracked a further 8.1 BTC leaving a Bitcoin hot wallet. Duelbits took the whole site offline while it investigated.

The company says customer balances are unchanged and that withdrawals will resume when the site reopens, with a relaunch planned as “Duelbits 2.0”. An early estimate that the site would be back within hours was not met, and as of mid-October 2026 no reopening date had been announced, nor had Duelbits explained how the attacker got in. The loss figure is the company’s own preliminary number.

Beware recovery scams

Scammers target players during outages. Ignore any “refund” or “recovery” link shared in chat, on social media or by email, and never enter a seed phrase or wallet password on any page claiming to restore Duelbits funds. Use only announcements from Duelbits’ verified accounts.

The rest of this review describes Duelbits as it operated before the outage. We will update it when the site returns. Until then, compare the alternatives in our crypto casino rankings and read our guide to how Bitcoin casinos work, which covers hot-wallet risk and why you should not leave large balances on any casino.

Promotions, coin lists and restricted countries change regularly. We review Duelbits on a rolling basis, but the terms and cashier on your own account are the final word.

Our verdict on Duelbits

Duelbits is one of the better-designed crypto casinos for regular players because its rewards are both generous and clearly explained. Every part of the rakeback stack is expressed as a share of the house edge, it is paid without wagering, and sports bets count at a fixed 1% edge, so you can work out what you will get back. The originals are cheap to play in house-edge terms, the sportsbook is one of the stronger esports books in crypto, and withdrawals carry no platform fee.

The score is held back by licensing and by player feedback. The main site’s Curaçao licence was listed on the regulator’s register with a past expiry date and “assessment in progress” in September 2026, and a sister domain runs under a separate Anjouan licence. On Trustpilot, Duelbits scores 2.9 out of 5 from a small sample, with reviews split sharply between five stars and one star. The one-star reviews mostly concern accounts closed or funds held after reviews. That is a pattern to take seriously, even though no regulator has found against the company.

Who it is for

Duelbits suits crypto players who bet on esports and sport as well as play casino games, and who value rakeback they can calculate. It is a poorer fit for anyone who needs strong regulatory recourse, deposit limits or fiat withdrawals.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • Rakeback stack published as clear percentages of house edge, with no wagering.
  • Strong esports coverage, from Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 to Arena of Valor and King of Glory.
  • Originals with around a 1% house edge on Crash, Dice, Plinko and Mines.
  • No platform withdrawal fee; fast payouts on TRON, Solana and Litecoin.
  • Prediction markets and fantasy sports alongside the main sportsbook.
  • App-based two-factor authentication and a long track record since 2020.

What to watch

  • Curaçao licence showed “assessment in progress” on the register in September 2026.
  • Trustpilot score of 2.9 with many one-star reviews about closed accounts and held funds.
  • Withdrawal minimums of $50 on Bitcoin, Ethereum and ERC-20 stablecoins.
  • No self-service deposit or loss limits; self-exclusion only through support.
  • Welcome offer details differ widely between sources and regions.
  • Restricted in many large markets, including the UK, the US and much of the EU.

Licence, ownership and safety

Duelbits.com is operated by Liquid Entertainment N.V., registered in Willemstad, Curaçao, with a Cypriot subsidiary, Herpestidae Services Limited, providing management, payment and support services. The site carries Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1507/0838, issued under the island’s new licensing regime. When reviewers checked in September 2026, the certificate page linked from the footer showed the licence as active, but the regulator’s register listed an expiry of 24 December 2025 and a status of “assessment in progress”, which usually means a renewal is pending.

A sister domain, duelbits.io, is run by Elevated Entertainment Ltd under an Anjouan licence that the Anjouan register listed as expiring on 12 October 2026. The two sites share branding but have different operators, licences and country lists, so read the footer of the exact domain you are using. You can check the main licence on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register. Our crypto casino licence guide explains the difference between the old Curaçao sublicences, the new CGA licences and Anjouan.

What the licence means for you

The reformed Curaçao regime is stricter than the old sublicence system, with direct licensing and reporting duties, but it is still far lighter than the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority. Duelbits’ terms cap its liability at the amount you have paid in, or $100 if you have paid nothing, so independent recourse is limited. Keep balances modest and withdraw winnings to your own wallet.

Account security

Duelbits supports app-based two-factor authentication. Turn it on before your first deposit, use a unique password and ignore anyone in chat or on social media offering promo codes in exchange for account details. Official promo codes come from Duelbits’ own social channels and need a verified email.

Countries where Duelbits is not available

The duelbits.com terms, as summarised in September and October 2026, restrict the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Singapore, Curaçao and the rest of the Dutch Caribbean, Aruba, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. A list updated on 12 October 2026 also includes Germany, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Egypt. The duelbits.io domain adds Austria, Croatia, Serbia and Slovakia.

Brazil is no longer an option either: Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026 banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games, including offshore operators serving Brazilians, and sites went offline on 6 October 2026. Our Brazil page tracks the legal challenges.

Do not use a VPN or false details to get around a restriction. Duelbits’ terms prohibit it, and an account found breaking the rule can be closed with the balance withheld. Our coverage pages list the operators we track in markets such as Canada.

Rakeback explained: how the 47.5% is built

Duelbits’ headline rakeback figure is not one rate. It is the sum of several separate rewards, each a percentage of the house edge on your bets. As of October 2026 the structure reported from Duelbits’ own help pages is as follows.

Rakeback is paid with no wagering. Sports bets count at a 1% house edge.
RewardShare of house edgeWhen it pays
Instant Bits10%Claimable at any time
Daily Bits5%Once a day
Weekly Bits5%Once a week
Monthly Bits5%Once a month
Level-up bonus5% rising to 12.5%At each of the 31 Ace’s Rewards levels
ReferralsUp to 10%On friends you invite
Total marketed47.5%Only if every element applies to you

Without referrals and before you reach the top level, a typical player collects 25% of the house edge from Bits plus a level-up bonus that starts at 5%, so about 30% is a more realistic figure for most accounts. That is still competitive, and the clarity is a real advantage over casinos that keep their rates secret.

Worked example

Say you wager $5,000 a month on slots with a 4% house edge. Expected loss: $200. At 30% of house edge, rakeback returns about $60, leaving an expected net cost of $140. On sports, the same $5,000 counts at a 1% edge: $50 of notional edge and about $15 back. Rakeback reduces the cost of play; it never turns it into income.

An invitation-only VIP club adds a personal manager, priority withdrawals, a private Telegram channel and weekly or monthly cashback. Our rakeback guide compares how different casinos calculate these rates.

Welcome offer and promotions

Duelbits’ welcome offer is the least consistent part of the product. Reviews updated between July and October 2026 describe a casino offer of up to 500 free spins on selected Pragmatic Play slots, unlocked in stages, plus a 100% first-deposit sports free bet of up to $100. One of those reviews quotes a $20 minimum deposit, seven-day deadlines for each step and free spins that expire after 72 hours. A September 2026 check of the site, by contrast, found no deposit bonus listed at all, only rakeback. The offer you see depends on region, the link you arrived from and the date.

  • Read the free bet rules: minimum odds, whether the stake is returned and the expiry date decide most of its value.
  • Check free spin values: 500 spins at a low coin value can be worth far less than the number suggests.
  • Deposit rule: 10% of each deposit must be wagered before withdrawal (Counter-Strike skin deposits excepted).
  • Promo codes: come from Duelbits’ social channels, need a verified email, and are limited to three per 24 hours.

Ongoing promotions include weekly originals tournaments, leaderboard races and provider drops-and-wins events. As with any leaderboard, the winners are the players who wager most. See our bonuses hub and no-deposit bonus guide for how to value these offers.

Casino games and Duelbits originals

A September 2026 sitemap count found just under 4,000 game pages from about 33 suppliers. The largest are Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Games Global and Play’n GO, and the live lobby lists around 700 tables. That is smaller than the biggest crypto libraries, but it covers the popular studios and most new releases.

Originals and house edges

Duelbits lists 14 originals: Blackjack, Crash, Dice, Dice Duels, Hi Lo, Instant Lottery, Keno, Mines, Moonshot, Duel Poker, Plinko, Roulette, Scratch Cards and Tap Trading. Provably fair verification is documented for most of them, though not for every title, so check the game’s fairness panel.

Figures from September 2026 reviews. Blackjack uses eight decks, the dealer stands on soft 17 and blackjack pays 3:2.

Plinko99%1%
Mines99%1%
RouletteAbout 97.3%About 2.7%
Blackjack99.3% to 99.5% with perfect strategyAbout 0.5% to 0.7%

Low edges make originals cheaper per bet than most slots, but they are fast, and fast games burn through a budget quickly. Our provably fair guide, crash gambling guide and RTP guide explain the maths.

Sportsbook, esports and prediction markets

The sportsbook is where Duelbits stands out from casino-first rivals. It claims more than 80 sports, with in-play betting, odds boosts and switchable odds formats. Esports coverage is wide: Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant and Rocket League, plus less common titles such as Arena of Valor and King of Glory. There is also horse and greyhound racing, US-dollar fantasy sports and an MMA jackpot.

Duelbits also runs Predict, a set of prediction markets on crypto prices, elections, sport and world events. These are still bets against the house, with a margin built in, not a neutral exchange.

Live streaming was not available in 2026 reviews, and live betting is offered on some esports titles but not all. If an event does not happen or ends without an official result and is not resumed within 48 hours, stakes are refunded. Read our crypto sports betting guide and odds guide, and compare prices with the books in our sportsbook rankings.

Payments, networks and withdrawal limits

Duelbits supports 14 cryptocurrencies across 17 coin and network combinations: Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20 only), Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin, XRP, BNB, TRON, Shiba Inu, Dai, ApeCoin, TRUMP, USDC on Ethereum and Solana, and USDT on Ethereum, BNB Chain and TRON. There is no Base network support, and ETH sent on any other network is lost. Cards, Interac, gift cards and a buy-crypto option are available in some regions, but withdrawals are paid only in crypto.

Minimums reported in September 2026. Duelbits charges no platform fee; network fees apply.
OptionMinimum withdrawalTypical speed
USDT on TRON$10Seconds to a few minutes
Solana and USDC on Solana$10Under a minute
Litecoin$10A few minutes
BNB$25A few minutes
USDT on BNB Chain$50A few minutes
Bitcoin$5010 to 30 minutes
Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens$50A few minutes; high network fees

Deposits below the minimum are neither credited nor refunded, which matters for USDT on Ethereum, where the minimum deposit is $50. No maximum withdrawal is stated, but large amounts are more likely to trigger a review. For low fees, stablecoins on TRON or Solana are usually the best choice; our USDT casinos guide and instant withdrawal guide explain why.

KYC and account reviews

Duelbits lets most players sign up and deposit without documents, but its terms set out five verification levels: personal details, ID upload, a live photo check, proof of address and source of funds. The level required is set per account, and Duelbits can ask for verification before you bet or deposit, not only when you withdraw. The duelbits.io anti-money-laundering policy requires an electronic identity check before any withdrawal.

In practice, expect checks on large withdrawals, fast deposit-and-withdraw patterns, several accounts in one household or anything that looks like bonus abuse. Use your real details from day one. If you are choosing a casino specifically to avoid ID checks, read our no-KYC casino guide first: no offshore casino can promise you will never be asked.

Player feedback and reputation in 2026

Duelbits’ Trustpilot profile showed a TrustScore of 2.9 out of 5 from 338 reviews in October 2026, with only about 60 in the previous 12 months. The split is sharply polarised: about half five-star and more than a third one-star. Recent one-star reviews describe accounts closed for unexplained reasons, withheld balances, rewards that were rejected or delayed, rakeback lost on self-exclusion and slow answers from support. The positive reviews mostly praise the rewards and individual support staff. Duelbits replies to most negative reviews.

The sample is small, and Trustpilot does not verify claims. Still, the themes match what we see across offshore casinos: problems cluster around large wins, account reviews and bonus rules. Test with a small withdrawal before you deposit more.

Sponsorships and recent news

Duelbits spends heavily on sports marketing. In November 2025 Team Liquid made Duelbits the title sponsor of its Counter-Strike 2 roster, in a deal Team Liquid said would promote sports betting only, with responsible-betting disclaimers and no sign-up requirements for fan giveaways. In July 2026 Duelbits said a UFC creator campaign built around lightweight champion Justin Gaethje had produced more than 122 million verified video views; that figure is the company’s own claim.

Earlier deals include a regional sponsorship of South American national teams with the Argentine Football Association, signed in 2022, title sponsorship of World Snooker Tour events, and a 2025 partnership with Bitcoin Magazine on price prediction markets. Sponsorship is a marketing spend, not a sign of regulatory quality.

Mobile site

There is no native Duelbits app in the main app stores. The site is built for mobile browsers and can be added to your home screen as a web app, with the casino, sportsbook, rewards and cashier all available. The interface is available in nine languages. Treat any downloadable “Duelbits app” from a third-party site as a likely scam.

Responsible gambling tools

Duelbits’ tools are basic. Self-exclusion is requested through live chat or email and starts after a 24-hour cooling-off period, with options of one week, one month, six months or permanent; exclusions cannot be shortened. Reward funds and promotion entries are forfeited during exclusion. A September 2026 review found no configurable deposit or loss limits in the account.

  • Set your budget before you deposit and keep the rest in your own wallet.
  • Do not increase volume to reach the next rakeback level.
  • Withdraw winnings promptly rather than leaving them on the site.
  • Use self-exclusion and device-level blocking software if you want to stop.

Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment. Our responsible gambling guide lists free, confidential support services.
