Shock is a small, crypto-only casino and sportsbook that has been running since late 2024 or early 2025. It offers a few thousand slots and live tables, a set of provably fair originals, a sportsbook with esports, and a rank ladder with instant rakeback and prize races. It holds a licence under Curaçao’s reformed regime and is far less prominent than the big crypto brands, which means less public scrutiny but also less of a track record. This review covers Shock as of October 2026: the licence and company behind it, what the welcome bonus is really worth, how verification and withdrawals work, which countries are blocked, and how it compares with the casinos we rank higher.
- No major 2026 incidents found: we found no hack, outage, licence action or ownership change for Shock in 2026. Its regulator, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, reported a breach of its licensing portal in September 2026; there is no report that Shock was named in the leaked files.
- Licence: PR Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao company 163398) holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1320/0958, granted on 13 March 2025, with shock.com as the approved domain. The regulator’s certificate showed it as active in October 2026.
- Welcome bonus: 100% of your first deposit up to $1,500, with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus and a $10 maximum bet. It must be requested from support before you play.
- Verification: Shock’s terms make KYC mandatory before any withdrawal, so it is not a no-KYC casino despite how some sites describe it.
- Who can play: about 80 countries are restricted, including the US, the UK, Australia, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. In Canada we list Shock only outside Ontario and Alberta.

Shock publishes fewer details than larger casinos, and third-party reviews disagree on game counts and verification. Everything here was checked against 2026 sources, but the terms and cashier on your own account are the final word.
Shock in 2026: what we checked
Before writing this review we looked for 2026 reports of hacks, outages, closures, licence actions, ownership changes and rebrands. We found none for Shock. Two wider events are still relevant.
- Curaçao portal breach: on 17 September 2026 the Curaçao Gaming Authority said it had found unauthorised access to its licensing portal, and journalists have since published findings from leaked files about several large operators. We found no report naming Shock or PR Entertainment N.V., but the leak has raised questions about how carefully Curaçao checked ownership before granting licences.
- Brazil ban: Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026 banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games in Brazil, including from operators abroad. Brazil is not on Shock’s published restricted list, but playing there is now illegal under Brazilian law. See our Brazil page.
A note on evidence: Shock has received little independent press coverage, so much of what is known comes from its terms, its licence certificate and review sites, some of which earn commission from Shock. Where those sources disagree, on game counts, verification or withdrawal speed, we give the range and say which document the figure comes from. We have not opened an account or tested a withdrawal, and nothing in this review is based on our own play.
Shock is a small operator. FairGambling’s July 2026 on-chain data showed about $3.1 million in tracked deposit volume and around 1,300 unique depositors, and hot wallets holding under $200,000. Its coverage in 2026 is mostly review sites rather than news, which is why some details below come with ranges rather than single figures.
Our verdict on Shock
Shock does the basics competently. It has a reasonable game library from well-known studios, a sportsbook with esports, crypto-only banking on eight coins, a rank ladder with instant rakeback, and a valid licence under Curaçao’s newer system, which is a step above the old sub-licence model and above Anjouan. Its Trustpilot score is middling for a crypto casino rather than poor.
The weaknesses are transparency and terms. Shock does not publish its rakeback rates, withdrawal limits or a firm game count. Its terms require full verification before any withdrawal, allow per-transaction limits to change without notice, and contain a self-exclusion clause that can cost you your balance if you do not withdraw first. Its company documents name different entities and addresses. None of that is unusual among offshore casinos, but it means Shock earns its place on product, not on trust. Our score of 3.8 reflects a usable casino with few red flags in the public record, not one we would hold large balances with.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Licensed under Curaçao’s reformed regime with shock.com named on the certificate.
- Casino, live dealer, originals, sportsbook and esports on one crypto balance.
- Instant rakeback and three permanent prize races worth about $120,000 a month.
- Provably fair originals with a public verification tool that needs no account.
- Eight coins on native networks and low reported minimum deposits.
- Free external dispute route through CADRE named in the terms.
What to watch
- KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal, despite no-KYC marketing elsewhere.
- No published rakeback percentage at any rank.
- Bonus wagering of 35x on deposit plus bonus, with many games excluded.
- Terms allow withdrawal limits to change without notice; formal payout window is two banking days.
- Inconsistent company details across Shock’s own documents.
- Self-exclusion terms can forfeit balances that are not withdrawn first.
Licence, ownership and safety
Shock.com is operated by PR Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 163398. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public certificate shows licence OGL/2024/1320/0958, granted on 13 March 2025 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, with shock.com as the approved domain and the licence marked active when we checked in October 2026. A September 2026 review by Bitcoin.com found no entry for the operator on the regulator’s enforcement register.
The same review found inconsistencies in Shock’s own paperwork: its anti-money-laundering policy names a Belize company as operator, a Cyprus company may handle payments, and three different registered addresses appear across the site. That does not mean anything improper is happening, as many casinos use several group entities, but it makes it harder to know who you would deal with in a dispute. Shock does not publicly name its owners.
What the Curaçao licence means
A licence under Curaçao’s 2024 reforms is a direct licence held by the operator rather than a sub-licence under a master holder, and it comes with more checks than the old system. It still gives you much less protection than a strict regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission. Shock’s terms name CADRE, a free alternative dispute resolution service, which is better than nothing, although another clause says the operator’s judgement on disputed transactions is final. Our crypto casino licence guide explains how to check any licence yourself.
Account security
Shock supports two-factor authentication and offers sign-up through email, Google, Steam, Discord, Telegram or MetaMask. Turn on two-factor authentication before you deposit, use a unique password, and only reach the site by typing the address yourself.
Games, originals and sportsbook
Shock’s lobby covers slots, bonus-buy games, live casino, game shows, table games and instant-win titles. Its own pages give different totals, from 2,000 slots to more than 4,000 games, and a 2025 sponsored article claimed over 7,000, so we do not quote one figure. Reviews count between about 19 and 27 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, PG Soft, BGaming and Spribe.
Shock Originals
The in-house range includes Dice, Limbo, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Crash, Tower, HiLo, Cross the Road, Video Poker, blackjack and baccarat. They use a SHA-256 commit-and-reveal system, and Shock’s fairness page lets you check results without an account. Third-party slots and live tables are not provably fair; they rely on the provider’s certified random number generator. Our provably fair guide shows how to verify a round.
| Original | Listed RTP | House edge |
|---|---|---|
| Dice | 99% | 1% |
| Keno | 99.07% | 0.93% |
| Blackjack | 99.43% | 0.57% |
| Plinko | 99.16% | 0.84% |
| Crash | 97% | 3% |
| Tower, HiLo, Cross the Road | 96% | 4% |
The spread matters. Dice and blackjack return close to 99%, while several newer originals sit at 96%, the same as an average slot. The RTP guide explains why that gap adds up over many bets.
Sportsbook
The sportsbook covers major sports and esports including Counter-Strike, Valorant, League of Legends and Dota 2, with in-play betting and an early-payout market on selected football leagues. Sports bets earn three times as much rank and race progress as casino bets. The terms let Shock change stake, odds and winnings limits per account at any time, a common clause that can affect winning bettors. See our crypto sports betting guide for how to compare margins.
Welcome bonus and wagering
The welcome offer is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a $1,500 deposit. It is not automatic: you must ask support to activate it before you start wagering. While the bonus is active, wagering is 35 times the deposit plus bonus, the maximum bet is $10, many games are excluded, and your other rewards are halved. Bonus rollover balances below $0.20 are forfeited, and the general terms allow an unused bonus to be removed after a month.
Deposit $500 and take the 100% match. You now have $1,000, and 35x wagering means $35,000 of bets before you can withdraw. On slots with a 4% house edge the expected loss over $35,000 is $1,400, nearly three times the $500 bonus. Even on a 1% edge game, if allowed, the expected loss is $350. The bonus rarely pays for itself, and the turnover takes many hours of play.
For most players the honest advice is to skip the bonus and keep your rakeback and race eligibility intact. Our casino bonuses guide explains wagering, game weighting and maximum-bet rules in more detail.
Rank ladder, rakeback and races
Rewards sit in Shock’s Rewards Lounge and depend on cumulative wagering. Nothing unlocks until Bronze at $10,000 wagered, and VIP benefits such as daily reloads, lossback, free spins and sports bonuses begin at Platinum 2.
| Rank | Cumulative wagering |
|---|---|
| Bronze | $10,000 |
| Silver | $50,000 |
| Gold | $100,000 |
| Platinum 1 | $250,000 |
| Platinum 2 (VIP benefits begin) | $500,000 |
| Platinum 3 to 5 | $1 million to $5 million |
| Diamond 1 to 5 | $10 million to $250 million |
| Elite | $500 million |
Instant rakeback accrues on every bet and can be claimed manually from the Rewards Lounge as often as every six hours. Shock does not publish a rakeback percentage at any rank, which makes it impossible to compare directly with casinos that do, such as those in our rakeback casinos guide. There are also weekly and monthly bonuses and one-off level-up rewards.
Three permanent races run on wagering volume: $1,000 daily, $10,000 weekly and $50,000 monthly, about $120,000 a month in total. Provider promotions such as Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins appear on top. Races reward the heaviest players; for everyone else they are a reason to bet more than planned.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC
Shock is crypto only, with no fiat deposit method, although balances can be shown in US dollars or euros. The help centre lists eight coins on their native networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Tether, USD Coin, XRP and TRON. Some networks, such as Base and Arbitrum, are not supported, so check the network before you send.
| Item | What 2026 sources report |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | About $1 equivalent |
| Minimum withdrawal | About $10 equivalent, per FairGambling |
| Maximum withdrawal | Not published; term 6.2 lets limits change without notice |
| Withdrawal time | Marketing says minutes; the terms commit to two banking days |
| Fees | No operator fee stated; network fees apply |
| Wagering before withdrawal | Deposits must be wagered once |
Verification
Term 6.1 makes verification mandatory before any withdrawal. The first step asks for name, address, occupation and date of birth plus blockchain screening; later steps can ask for photo ID, a selfie, a utility bill and proof of source of funds. Term 5.3 allows deposits and winnings to be forfeited if documents are not provided. Some review sites still describe Shock as no-KYC, and some players report never being asked, but recent Trustpilot reviews describe full checks before small withdrawals and giveaway payouts. Assume you will need documents. Our no-KYC crypto casinos guide explains why light verification is rarely guaranteed.
Complete verification before you build a balance you care about, then test a small withdrawal on a cheap network. Our deposits and withdrawals guide covers networks, fees and common mistakes, and the USDT casinos guide compares stablecoin networks.
Countries where Shock is restricted
Shock’s terms, as reviewed in September 2026, list about 80 restricted countries and territories. They include the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Curaçao, Israel, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and parts of Ukraine, as well as sanctioned countries. Shock can refuse players from any other country at its discretion.
Canada is not on the list. In Canada we list Shock only for players outside Ontario and Alberta, which run their own regulated online markets. See our Canada page and the coverage map for options in your market.
Shock’s terms treat VPN use as fraud and allow balances to be forfeited. Do not use a VPN or false details to get around a restriction.
Player feedback and reputation
Shock had a Trustpilot score of 3.6 out of 5 from about 30 reviews when we checked in October 2026, with 60% five-star and 34% one-star reviews. That is a small sample. Complaints focus on withdrawals held for further verification, demanding KYC for small amounts, account restrictions after wins, and allegations of unfair live tables, which Shock denies. Shock says it replies to every negative review, usually with a template pointing to its terms and support email, sometimes weeks later. Some reviewers question whether the positive reviews are genuine. Trustpilot does not verify reviews, so treat them as trends.
Bitcoin.com, which lists Shock as a paid partner, scored it 3.1 out of 5 in October 2026, with support and value rated lowest. It noted one resolved 2025 complaint about a reversed self-exclusion and an open August 2026 complaint from a player in Brazil. FairGambling and Casino Guru listed no unresolved complaints when we checked.
Responsible gambling at Shock
Shock offers self-exclusion through support. Requesting it starts a 24-hour cooling-off period in a restricted mode, during which withdrawals still work; you then have 48 hours to extend it to a day, a week, a month, three months or indefinitely. If you do nothing, the account returns to normal after 24 hours. The terms also say you must withdraw your full balance before choosing an extension or risk forfeiting it, so withdraw first. Reviews found no documented deposit, loss or session limits.
- Set a budget before you deposit and treat gambling as paid entertainment.
- Skip the welcome bonus if you would not otherwise play $35,000 through.
- Do not chase rank levels or races; the rewards never cover the extra expected loss.
- If you want to stop, withdraw your balance and then request indefinite self-exclusion.
Our responsible gambling guide lists free support services and tools, and the responsible gambling hub explains warning signs.
How Shock compares with other crypto casinos
| Casino | Main strength | Compared with Shock |
|---|---|---|
| Stake | Largest brand, deep sportsbook, published rakeback | Much bigger and more scrutinised; also Curaçao-licensed |
| Shuffle | Originals and a high-roller VIP ladder | Clearer reward structure and stronger reputation |
| Rainbet | Rakeback and a light sign-up | Similar size of offer, simpler rewards |
| Razed | Instant rakeback and esports | Comparable product; Anjouan licence |
| Duel | Near-zero edge originals, no bonus | Lower edge on originals, much more controversy |
