Our verdict on Roobet

Roobet does a few things very well. Its originals are simple, quick and provably fair; crypto withdrawals carry no Roobet fee and are sent as soon as they are requested; and Roowards pays rakeback every 30 minutes with no wagering on what you claim. It accepts players from more countries than Stake, whose restricted list is almost twice as long, which makes it one of the most common picks in our Stake alternatives guide.

The score is held back by transparency. Roobet does not publish its rakeback rates, VIP thresholds or the people behind the business. The Anjouan licence listed against its domain names a company that does not appear in its terms. And the marketing model, which hands streamers house-funded balances to gamble with on camera, gives a distorted picture of how the games actually play. Public feedback is split: many players are happy, but a quarter of Trustpilot reviewers give one star, mostly over verification and withdrawals.

Licence, ownership and safety

Roobet’s terms name Raw Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 157205, as the operator. It holds licence OGL/2024/687/0427 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, first granted in July 2024 under Curaçao’s new licensing system and shown as indefinite on the register in 2026. A Cyprus company, Raw Entertainment Ltd, acts as the paying agent for card and other fiat payments. Roobet has been running for several years, but it does not publicly name its owners or directors.

The Anjouan listing

Some review sites also describe Roobet as Anjouan-licensed. The Anjouan regulator’s public register does list roobet.com, but against a company called Ultima Spins Ltd, under licence ALSI-202507005, valid from July 2025 to July 2027. Ultima Spins Ltd is not named in Roobet’s terms, bonus policy or AML policy, as checked by Bitcoin.com in 2026. We have no explanation for the arrangement. The company you contract with is the one named in the terms, so treat Curaçao as Roobet’s licence and check the footer before you deposit. What the licence means for you

Curaçao’s reformed regime is stricter than the old master-licence system, but it is still a light-touch offshore licence. Roobet’s terms send unresolved disputes to arbitration under Curaçao law and name no independent adjudicator. The terms also let Roobet close accounts, freeze funds and delay withdrawals during investigations. Your best protection is to keep balances small and withdraw promptly.

Account security

Turn on two-factor authentication: Roobet requires it before you can use live chat support. Use a unique password, double-check withdrawal addresses, and ignore anyone in chat or on social media offering bonuses or “support”, which are common scam routes on large crypto casinos.

Countries where Roobet is not available

Roobet’s help centre article on restricted regions, dated August 2026, lists 25 territories: Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Saint Martin, South Sudan, Syria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

That list is much shorter than most rivals’. It does not mean Roobet is legal everywhere else. Countries such as Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Belgium and Portugal license gambling locally, and playing at an unlicensed offshore site there can breach local law even if Roobet does not block you. Individual game studios also geo-block their titles, so the library varies by country.

• Brazil: not on Roobet’s list, but Brazil banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games, including from operators based abroad, under Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026. Licensed sites went offline from 6 October 2026, and Congress must still vote on the measure for it to stay in force. See our Brazil page.

If your country is restricted, do not use a VPN or false details. Roobet’s terms allow it to close the account and withhold funds, and verification at withdrawal is where mismatches come to light. Our coverage pages show which brands we track in each market.

Welcome offer and promo codes

As of October 2026 Roobet does not run a standard deposit-match welcome bonus. Its help centre says a new sign-up triggers a 10% Rakeboost for 24 hours, which raises your instant rakeback rate during that window. Redeeming an affiliate code triggers a 20% Rakeboost for 72 hours. Boosts do not stack: if several are active, only the highest applies.

Many affiliate pages still advertise “20% cashback for your first 7 days”, usually capped at around $200 and limited to net losses on slots. Those offers ran in earlier years. Several October 2026 sources say they are no longer the default, and we could not confirm any of them on Roobet itself. Roobet also emails occasional deposit bonuses to some accounts. One 2026 review reports a 100% bonus at 30x wagering. Roobet’s terms say that taking a deposit bonus switches off rakeback while its wagering is open, and that you cannot bet on sport during that time.

Roowards, rakeback and VIP

Roowards is Roobet’s loyalty system, revised as Rewards 2.0. Every bet earns progress through 30 levels, and you collect value from several streams:

Claimed rewards go to your withdrawable balance with no wagering requirement, which makes Roowards more useful than a locked bonus. The weakness is that Roobet does not publish its base rakeback rate or how it rises by level. Claiming rewards also triggers short Rakeboosts: 10% for 60 minutes after a daily, weekly or monthly claim or a rank-up, and 15% after a vault claim.

The VIP club

Roobet’s separate VIP programme is invitation-only. Its help centre says qualification criteria are not disclosed and that selected players are contacted by email. Members get VIP support, cashback and bonuses. If you play casually, Roowards is what you will actually receive. Roobet originals and casino games

Roobet’s in-house games include Crash, Dice, Limbo, Wheel, Blackjack, Keno and Mission Uncrossable, the road-crossing game that became a streaming staple. They are provably fair: each round uses a server seed and client seed you can check after the result. Roobet does not publish a central list of house edges, and its replies to player reviews quote an average return of about 97% on house games. Slots, live casino and the live RTP page

Roobet lists more than 7,300 games, with slots from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and smaller studios, plus live tables from Evolution with minimums from $1 to $100. A live RTP page shows which slots have paid above or below their expected return over the last 24 hours, hour or 10 minutes. Streamers, sponsorships and what they mean for you

Roobet’s marketing runs through creators. After Twitch banned unlicensed gambling streams in 2022, Roobet moved its partners to Kick. In 2026 it signed TimTheTatman in January and former FaZe Clan member Lacy in June, after OpTic’s Scump and H3CZ joined in November 2025. Reporting on the Lacy deal said Roobet gave him a $200,000 starting balance to gamble with on stream. Its biggest sports deal is with Chelsea, which named Roobet its official betting partner for Latin America and Canada in January 2025.

Sponsored streams use money the casino supplies, often at stakes far above what most players can afford, and big wins are what get clipped and shared. None of that changes the house edge. The UK government is also consulting on banning sponsorship by gambling firms not licensed in Britain, which could affect deals such as Chelsea’s.

Sportsbook

Roobet’s sportsbook shares the casino balance and covers football, basketball, tennis, American sports, combat sports and esports, with live betting. Promotions include free bets, odds boosts and Chelsea-linked offers; bonus bets usually require minimum odds of 1.7. Only settled bets count towards the deposit wagering rule. Payments, the deposit rule and withdrawals

Roobet accepts eleven cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH (including the Base and Arbitrum networks), LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, SOL, SUI and BNB. In some regions you can also pay by card or local methods. Fiat deposits carry a 1% fee, and from the tenth fiat withdrawal in any 30-day period a 2% fee applies.

Wager every deposit once

Roobet’s anti-money-laundering rules require you to wager the full value of each deposit before you can withdraw it or tip another player. For sport, only settled bets count. Tips you receive must be wagered at 30% of their value.

How fast are withdrawals?

Roobet charges no withdrawal fee on crypto; you pay only the network fee shown in the cashier. Its help centre says withdrawals are sent as soon as they are requested, with arrival depending on blockchain confirmations. In practice, delays come from unfinished deposit wagering, an open bonus or a verification request. Minimum and maximum amounts are set by Roobet and shown on the site, not in the terms. KYC and verification

You can open a Roobet account without uploading documents, which is why it appears in no-KYC casino comparisons. That label is misleading. Roobet’s terms make verification a condition of withdrawal and let it request documents at any time, and its AML policy includes sanctions screening and source-of-funds checks. 2026 Trustpilot reviews describe repeated requests for ID and proof of address, sometimes after a large win.

Register with your real name, date of birth and address, and keep documents ready. If the details on the account do not match your documents, a withdrawal can be refused.

Player feedback in 2026

Roobet’s Trustpilot page showed a score of 2.6 out of 5 from about 2,300 reviews in October 2026, with 68% five-star and 26% one-star ratings. Bitcoin.com’s 2026 review reported that the page had at one point shown a notice that the rating was unavailable after fake reviews were removed. Negative reviews focus on repeated KYC requests, support chats closed without a resolution, account bans with balances held, and the Rewards 2.0 changes, which reset some players’ progress. Some reviewers also allege rigged games; Roobet’s replies point to provably fair verification. Trustpilot does not verify reviews, so treat them as trends.

Mobile play is through the browser. There is no Roobet app in the Apple or Google stores, so ignore any download link that claims otherwise.

Responsible gambling tools

Roobet offers more built-in controls than many crypto casinos. In account settings you can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, wagers and losses, with up to three active at a time. You can take a time-out, and you can self-exclude from the casino, the sportsbook or the whole platform for up to five years or permanently. Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooling-off period before the longer exclusion takes effect, which some players dislike. Permanent self-exclusion forfeits unclaimed vault rewards.

• Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, not after a bad session.
• Do not chase vault releases or Rakeboosts; they are designed to bring you back.
• Mute chat and streams if they push you to bet more.
• Use self-exclusion and device blocking if you want to stop.

How to sign up and make your first withdrawal

1. Check that your country is not on Roobet’s restricted list and that offshore gambling is allowed where you live.
2. Register with your real details and a unique password, then turn on two-factor authentication.
3. Decide whether to enter an affiliate code within the sign-up window, and read what it unlocks.
4. Set deposit and loss limits in account settings.
5. Deposit a small amount on a cheap network such as Solana, TRON or Litecoin, and remember you must wager it once before withdrawing.
