CoinCasino is a crypto casino and sportsbook from the same corporate family as CoinPoker. It launched in 2023, carries more than 4,000 games, accepts around 20 cryptocurrencies plus some fiat, and advertises one of the largest headline welcome offers in the market: 200% up to $30,000 with free spins. The offer is large, but the terms behind it are strict, and public feedback on withdrawals and account closures is poor. This review sets out what CoinCasino offers in October 2026, what the welcome bonus is worth once you run the numbers, how withdrawals and verification work, and the risks you should weigh before depositing.
- Sweden ban (May 2025): Sweden’s regulator banned MIBS N.V., Igloo Ventures SRL and EOD Code SRL from offering gambling in Sweden on 12 May 2025; the MIBS decision names coincasino.com. The group appears to have moved from MIBS’s Curaçao licence (now listed as expired) to Igloo Ventures’ Anjouan licence, which CoinCasino’s January 2026 terms name.
- Still operating (October 2026): we found no reports of a closure, hack, licence revocation or rebrand in 2026. Review sites confirmed the welcome offer as live in early October 2026.
- Licence: Anjouan (Union of Comoros), licence ALSI-142311005-FI2, held by Igloo Ventures SRL of Costa Rica according to 2026 reviews. Some sources name other group companies.
- Welcome bonus: 200% up to $30,000 plus up to 50 spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild. The bonus releases in 10% steps for every 6x the deposit wagered, must be cleared in 14 days, and caps bets at $20.
- Player feedback is weak: CoinCasino’s Trustpilot score was 1.7 out of 5 in October 2026, with complaints about stalled withdrawals, repeated document requests and confiscated balances.
- Restricted in the US, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and other markets, though published lists conflict. Brazil has banned online betting and casino games since 25 September 2026.

Review sites disagree on several CoinCasino details, including the operating company, the restricted country list and the exact wagering wording. Where 2026 sources conflict we give the range. The terms and cashier on your own account are the final word.
Our verdict on CoinCasino
On paper CoinCasino has a lot going for it. The library is broad, with all the major slot and live casino studios, the sportsbook covers both traditional sports and esports, the cashier takes a good spread of coins and some fiat, and the headline welcome offer is among the biggest anywhere. Crypto withdrawals are described by review sites as fast once approved, and the operator says most are paid within an hour.
The problems are in the fine print and in what players report. The welcome bonus releases slowly, has to be cleared in 14 days, and limits which games and bet sizes you can use. The Anjouan licence gives you little independent protection. And CoinCasino’s public feedback is among the weakest of the brands we review, with a 1.7 Trustpilot score in October 2026, a large share of one-star reviews describing held withdrawals or closed accounts, and no replies from the company to negative reviews. Individual complaints are not proof of wrongdoing, but the pattern is worth taking seriously.
CoinCasino suits players who want a large library and a sportsbook in one wallet, who are happy to skip or carefully manage the welcome bonus, and who will keep balances small. If quick, low-friction cashouts and a strong reputation matter most, compare it with the brands in our instant withdrawal guide first.

2026 status check: incidents and news
Before reviewing any casino we check for hacks, outages, closures, licence actions, ownership changes and rebrands. For CoinCasino, 2026 reviews and industry coverage turned up none of these. Review sites confirmed the welcome offer and promotions as live in August, September and early October 2026, and the sister poker site rolled out a major software and rewards update in March 2026.
Complaints and account closures
The concern in 2026 is not a single incident but a steady pattern of complaints. CoinCasino’s Trustpilot page showed a score of 1.7 out of 5 from about 210 reviews in October 2026, with 79% of ratings at one star. The common themes are withdrawals that stall after being requested, document requests that repeat or are rejected for disputed reasons, accounts closed under the fraud clause in the terms with the balance confiscated, and winnings withheld over bonus bet limits. Trustpilot also noted that the company had not replied to negative reviews. A few reviewers report fast payouts, including after a bonus win.
These are individual, unverified accounts, and casinos with large bonuses attract more disputes over bonus terms. Still, the volume is higher than at most brands we cover, and an Anjouan licence leaves you with few routes to challenge a decision. Our crypto casino licence guide explains what each licence does and does not protect.
Most disputes at bonus-heavy casinos trace back to one of four things: playing with a bonus above the maximum bet, using excluded games while wagering, mismatched personal details at KYC, or registering from a restricted country. Read the bonus terms, use your real details, and do not play from a restricted country.
Licence, ownership and safety
CoinCasino states that it is licensed in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Reviews in 2026 consistently give licence number ALSI-142311005-FI2 and name the holder as Igloo Ventures SRL, a Costa Rica company. Other sources name EOD Code SRL in the terms or other related companies as a related company, and one older listing describes a Curaçao licence. The brand shares technology and management links with CoinPoker, though the casino has its own account and cashier.
Before depositing, read which company and licence are named in the footer and the terms, and check the licence on the regulator’s register. One Dutch review site noted in August 2026 that CoinCasino’s published country list leaves out the Netherlands even though the Anjouan licence conditions prohibit it, which is a sign the documents are not fully consistent.
What an Anjouan licence means for you
Anjouan licences are quick to obtain and lightly supervised. There is no mandatory independent complaints service, no reliable requirement to keep player funds separate, and little practical way to enforce a claim against the operator abroad. Compare this with the position at BC.Game, which also holds an Anjouan licence, or Stake, which holds a Curaçao licence.
Account security
Use a unique password and a dedicated email address. A June 2026 review could not find a two-factor authentication setting, so check your account settings and turn it on if it is offered. Ignore anyone in chat, Telegram or social media offering bonus codes or support through private messages.
Countries where CoinCasino is not available
Published restricted lists for CoinCasino conflict. A June 2026 review lists the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, the United States, India, Curaçao, Lithuania, Malta and Afghanistan, alongside sanctioned countries. Another review says US visitors are redirected to CoinPoker. At the same time, some promotional pages describe the casino as available in Australia and Canada. Check the terms yourself before you register, and remember that a site accepting your sign-up does not make it legal or safe to play.
- United States and United Kingdom: restricted.
- Australia: listed as restricted by at least one 2026 review, and offering online casino games to Australians is illegal. See our Australia page.
- Brazil: Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026 banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games in Brazil, including from operators abroad, and licensed sites went offline on 6 October. CoinCasino’s Brazilian real balance option does not change that. See our Brazil market page.
- Canada and South Africa: not on the published lists we found, but local law still applies. Read our Canada and South Africa pages.
If your country is restricted, do not try to get around it. Using a VPN or false details breaks the terms and is one of the most common reasons balances are confiscated. Our coverage pages list the operators we track in each market.
Welcome bonus and wagering explained
As of October 2026 the casino welcome offer is a 200% match on your first deposit up to $30,000, plus free spins on Hacksaw Gaming’s Wanted Dead or a Wild. The minimum deposit is about $10, you must make it within seven days of registering, and you have 14 days to clear the bonus. Some review sites attach their own promo codes to the offer; the core terms are the same.
| First deposit | Spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild |
|---|---|
| $10 to $99.99 | 20 spins |
| $100 to $249.99 | 20 spins at a higher value |
| $250 to $999.99 | 50 spins |
| $1,000 or more | 50 Super Spins at $4 each |
How the bonus is released
The bonus is not credited in one go. It releases in 10% steps, and each step unlocks when you have wagered six times your deposit, so the full bonus needs wagering of 60 times the deposit within the 14-day window. Some sites describe this as 60x on the bonus, but the step mechanics described by most 2026 reviews tie it to the deposit. Free spin winnings carry a separate 35x requirement.
- Maximum bet: $20 per round while a bonus is active.
- Excluded play: no feature buys; the bonus cannot be used on live casino, table games or sports.
- Game weighting: slots count 100%, live game shows 50%, other games 20%, and dice, arcade and crash games 0%.
- Conversion cap: winnings converted from the bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus.
- Early withdrawal: asking for a payout before wagering is finished forfeits the remaining bonus and the winnings from it.
Deposit $100 and the 200% match adds $200 of bonus. Each 10% step ($20) unlocks after $600 of wagering (6 x $100), so releasing all $200 takes $6,000 of wagering within 14 days. On slots with a 96% RTP the expected cost of that play is about $240 (4% of $6,000), more than the $200 bonus. At the $20 bet cap you would need at least 300 spins, and far more at normal stakes. The bonus softens losses on play you would do anyway; it does not make wagering profitable.
The headline $30,000 only applies to a $15,000 deposit, which would need $900,000 of wagering in 14 days to release in full. For most players the realistic value is the first few release steps. If you mainly play live games, crash games or sports, the bonus is close to worthless and you are better off declining it. Our casino bonuses explained guide shows how to value any offer.
Reloads, cashback and VIP club
Beyond the welcome offer, 2026 reviews list a 50% weekend reload from Friday to Sunday with a $20 minimum and 35x wagering, weekly bonuses, tournaments, jackpot events and an accumulator boost of up to 40% in the sportsbook.
The VIP club enrols you automatically and ranks you by lifetime wagering. The main reward is weekly cashback that rises with rank, quoted at up to 25% at the top, with level-up bonuses and a personal host at higher tiers. Unlike some rivals, reviews do not describe casino rakeback as such.
| Tier | Lifetime wagering | Main rewards (2026 reports) |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $10,000 | Weekly cashback, bonuses |
| Silver | $50,000 | Higher cashback rate |
| Gold | $100,000 | Higher cashback, level-up rewards |
| Platinum I to III | $250,000 to $2.5 million | Personal VIP host |
| Sapphire | $2.5 million to $25 million | Events and bespoke offers |
| Diamond I to V | $25 million and above | Top cashback rate, quoted at up to 25% |
Cashback is paid on net losses, so it only has value in weeks you lose. The higher tiers require very large volumes, and chasing them raises your expected loss far faster than the reward. CoinCasino also runs a VIP status match for players moving from other crypto casinos. Our rakeback guide explains how to compare cashback and rakeback in cash terms.
Casino games and originals
The library is one of CoinCasino’s strengths. 2026 reviews count more than 4,000 titles from 65+ providers, including roughly 2,000 to 3,000 slots, 280+ live tables, 150+ table games and 650+ crash, instant-win and specialty games. Providers include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, BGaming, Spribe, Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi.
CoinCasino offers provably fair crash, mines and dice games. They are fast, and they contribute nothing to welcome bonus wagering. Our provably fair guide shows how to verify a round. Reviews also note that demo mode is missing on many games, so you may have to play for real money to try a title.
Some slot studios ship games at several RTP settings. Check the RTP in each game’s information panel, and read our RTP guide to see why a few percentage points matter.
Sportsbook and esports
CoinCasino runs a sportsbook with 45 to 50+ sports and 25+ esports, including football, tennis, basketball, cricket, CS2, Dota 2 and League of Legends. Pre-match and live betting are both available, some events are streamed, and the casino and sportsbook share one balance. The weekly accumulator boost of up to 40% is the main sports promotion. The casino welcome bonus cannot be used on sports.
Margins on crypto sportsbooks vary widely by market, so compare the prices on the matches you actually bet on. Our crypto sports betting guide explains how, and our sportsbook rankings list the alternatives.
Payments: deposits, withdrawals and fees
CoinCasino accepts around 20 cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, TRX, LTC, DOGE and ADA, and some reviews also list meme tokens such as PEPE and BONK. In some regions you can buy crypto by card through a third-party on-ramp or hold a fiat balance in USD, EUR, CAD, NOK, PLN or NZD. Your account currency cannot be changed once chosen.
| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Typical time | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT | About 5 USDT | Minutes once approved | Use TRON or another cheap network if offered |
| Bitcoin | 0.0002 BTC | 10 to 60 minutes | Network fees rise when Bitcoin is busy |
| Ethereum | 0.01 ETH | A few minutes | High minimum; avoid for small sums |
| Cards and bank (fiat) | Varies | 1 to 3 business days | Daily, weekly and monthly caps apply |
Limits and fees
Reviews report no CoinCasino fee on normal crypto withdrawals, but an 8% fee (minimum €4) if you withdraw deposits you have not wagered. Withdrawal ceilings are reported differently: one review cites a crypto limit of €150,000 a month with higher limits for VIPs, while a review of the January 2026 terms found a cap of €500,000 a month in the withdrawal clause. Fiat withdrawals are reported at about €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month. Check the limits in your account before you chase a big win.
How fast are withdrawals?
CoinCasino says more than 95% of crypto withdrawals were processed within an hour as of March 2026. That is the operator’s figure, not an independent test, and player feedback is less positive: stalled withdrawals are the most common Trustpilot complaint. Delays usually follow a bonus with unfinished wagering, a large win relative to deposits, a KYC request, or activity the casino flags as unusual. See our instant withdrawal guide for what makes payouts fast or slow, and our USDT casinos guide for choosing the right network.
KYC and verification
You can register and deposit crypto without documents, which is why CoinCasino is often listed as a no-KYC casino. In practice verification is common at withdrawal. The terms let CoinCasino ask for proof of age and identity at any time with no stated threshold, and 2026 player reports describe requests for ID, proof of residence and payment records, sometimes more than once. The withdrawal clock typically starts only once documents are accepted.
Assume you will be asked, and make sure your account details match your documents exactly. Play only from a country the casino accepts, because a location mismatch at KYC is a common reason for closures.
Mobile, support and responsible gambling
There is no CoinCasino app in the main app stores. The site works in mobile browsers, and some 2026 reviews describe Telegram integration for playing and managing a balance. Only use links from the official site, never from chat or social media.
Support runs through live chat and email. Reviews note that idle chat sessions close quickly and that replies to complaints are often templated. Responsible gambling tools are basic compared with a regulated operator, with self-exclusion available through support. The welcome bonus clock, weekend reloads and tournaments all encourage longer sessions, so set your own limits first.
- Decide a monthly budget and deposit only that amount.
- Decline the welcome bonus if you would not otherwise wager 60 times your deposit in two weeks.
- Withdraw winnings to your own wallet promptly.
- Use self-exclusion and blocking software if you want to stop.
Our responsible gambling guide lists practical tools and free support services.

How to sign up and test a withdrawal
- Check that your country is not on CoinCasino’s restricted list and read which company and licence are named in the footer.
- Register with your real details and a strong, unique password, and turn on two-factor authentication if it is offered.
- Decide whether you want the welcome bonus before depositing. If you do not, make sure it is not activated.
- Make a small first deposit on a cheap network such as TRON, Solana or Litecoin, checking the network in the cashier.
- Wager the deposit once, then request a small withdrawal to your own wallet to test the process and see whether documents are requested.
