Betpanda is a crypto casino and sportsbook that sells itself on speed and privacy: sign-up with an email address, 13 coins plus Bitcoin Lightning, a 100% match up to 1 BTC and 10% weekly cashback. The product is broad, with thousands of slots, live tables, originals and a sportsbook. The trust picture is much weaker. In 2026 Trustpilot withheld its rating and removed a second profile, its only reported gambling licence passed its listed expiry date in August, and responsible-gambling tools are thin. This review sets out what 2026 sources say about Betpanda in October 2026, starting with those concerns, then the bonus terms, withdrawal limits, verification and how it compares with other crypto casinos we review.
- Not listed by us: the group’s Anjouan licence entries had passed their listed expiry dates in 2026, so we do not currently list Betpanda in any market we cover.
- 2026 warning signs first: Trustpilot has withheld the rating on the betpanda.io profile for a breach of its guidelines and says it removed fake reviews; the newer betpandacasino.io profile has been taken down altogether. Of 851 reviews counted on 17 September 2026, 65% were one-star.
- Licence: Betpanda is run by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a Costa Rican company. Costa Rica does not supervise online casinos. The company’s Anjouan licence listed an expiry date of 28 August 2026 and, according to a September 2026 check of the register, did not list a Betpanda domain.
- Domain: the casino now runs at betpandacasino.io, and betpanda.io redirects there.
- Welcome offer: 100% of the first deposit up to 1 BTC, paid as cash after wagering on the deposit within 7 days. 2026 sources quote 40x or 80x, and a maximum bet of €50 or €10, so check your own terms.
- Withdrawals: fast, with Lightning payouts in about a minute, but not unlimited: one September–October 2026 review reports €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €45,000 a month.
- Verification: no ID at sign-up, but the terms allow checks at any time and withdrawal holds, and players report checks after large wins.

What changed in 2026: Trustpilot, the licence and the domain
Trustpilot action
The original betpanda.io profile on Trustpilot now shows no score. Trustpilot says the rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines and that it has removed a number of fake reviews. When we checked in October 2026 the profile held 862 reviews, 209 of them from the previous 12 months, with 65% one-star and 26% five-star. Casinos.org counted 851 reviews with the same split on 17 September 2026. The newer betpandacasino.io profile has been removed by Trustpilot, which says the business goes against its guidelines. Earlier in 2026, CryptoSlate reported a 2.6 score on that profile from a small sample.
The one-star reviews describe blocked or missing withdrawals after wins, accounts closed after verification under a terms clause, slow support and claims of rigged games. Betpanda replies to many of them, denies the scam claims, says its games come from certified providers and says accounts are never closed without a very good reason. Trustpilot does not verify reviews, so none of this is proven either way. A rating withheld for a guideline breach is still an unusual signal, and we give it weight.
Licence expiry
Casinos.org checked the Anjouan register on 17 September 2026. It found a B2C licence, ALSI-202408063-FI3, issued to Star Bright Media SRL on 29 August 2024 with a listed expiry of 28 August 2026, still marked valid. The record listed 13 domains of the Punkz brand and no Betpanda domain. We found no 2026 source showing a renewal or a licence that covers Betpanda by name. Betpanda does not publish a licence number on its site.
New domain
The casino now trades at betpandacasino.io, and the old betpanda.io address redirects there. A domain move on its own is not a problem, but it makes it more important to check that you are on the real site. Only follow links you trust, and check the address before signing in.
There is no report of a hack, an outage or a closure in 2026, and players still report fast withdrawals. The concerns are about trust and recourse: no current licence we could confirm, a withheld Trustpilot rating and weak player-protection tools. If you play here, keep balances small and withdraw winnings promptly.
Our verdict on Betpanda
As a product, Betpanda is strong. The game library is large, the sportsbook runs on an established platform with esports and cash-out, Lightning withdrawals arrive in about a minute, the coin list covers the cheap networks, and the 10% weekly cashback with no wagering is a better ongoing deal than most welcome offers. That is the basis for our 3.5 score.
Our concern is everything around the product. Betpanda has no licence we could confirm for October 2026, Costa Rica does not regulate online gambling, Trustpilot has taken action against both of its profiles, and the published complaint record leans heavily towards unresolved withdrawal and closure disputes. The site also calls itself VPN-friendly, which we do not endorse. With no regulator behind it, you have no independent route to resolve a dispute. We would not keep more on Betpanda than you are prepared to lose, and we would not rank it above casinos with a longer, cleaner record in our crypto casino rankings.
Betpanda suits small-stakes crypto players who want quick sign-up, Lightning withdrawals and weekly cashback, and who accept that there is little recourse if something goes wrong. It is a poor choice for large balances, for high rollers who may hit the withdrawal caps, or for anyone who needs strong responsible-gambling tools.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Email-only sign-up and no ID for most routine withdrawals.
- Bitcoin Lightning withdrawals that usually arrive in about a minute.
- 10% weekly cashback on net casino losses with no wagering.
- A large slot and live library, about a dozen provably fair originals and a full sportsbook.
- 13 coins, including cheap networks such as TRON, Solana and TON.
What to watch
- Trustpilot withheld the betpanda.io rating and removed the betpandacasino.io profile.
- No gambling licence we could confirm as current; Costa Rica does not supervise online casinos.
- Withdrawal caps of about €5,000 a day and €45,000 a month, according to a 2026 report.
- Wagering of 40x or 80x on the deposit in only 7 days, depending on the source.
- Few responsible-gambling tools: reviews found no self-service deposit limits or timed self-exclusion.
- Markets itself as VPN-friendly, which invites players to break their own country’s rules.
Licence, ownership and safety
Betpanda is operated by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica under ID 3-102-880000; some pages call it SB Media SRL. Reviews date the brand to 2022 or 2023. BitEdge and others describe the Costa Rica registration as a licence, but Costa Rica has no online casino regulator. A company registration there lets a business trade; it does not mean anyone checks game fairness, player funds or complaints.
Several 2026 reviews refer to a Curaçao licence, but we found no Curaçao register entry for Betpanda. The only gambling licence linked to the operator in 2026 reporting is the Anjouan licence described above, whose listed term ended on 28 August 2026 and which, as of September 2026, did not list a Betpanda domain. Star Bright Media is also linked to the Punkz brand on that register; see our Punkz review. Our crypto casino licence guide explains how to read a licence register and what each regulator offers players.
Account security
Two-factor authentication is available, and we recommend turning it on as soon as you register. Withdrawals go only to the coin you deposited, so plan your network before you send money.
Countries where Betpanda is not available
Betpanda does not publish a full restricted list in its help centre, and the lists in 2026 reviews differ. Win.gg (16 September 2026) and BitEdge both list about 66 restricted countries. They include the United States, Australia, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Venezuela, most of Africa (including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Botswana and Namibia) and parts of Asia such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, plus regions under US, EU or Russian sanctions. Other 2026 summaries add the UK, France, the Netherlands and further European markets, and one reading of the terms lists Germany and Sweden. With that much disagreement, check the terms on the site before you sign up.
We list Betpanda only in markets where we cover crypto brands and where the evidence suggests it accepts players. We do not list crypto casinos in Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Australia, Brazil, Great Britain or the United States, and in Canada we exclude Ontario and Alberta, which run their own licensed markets; see our Canada market page. In Brazil, all online betting was banned under Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026; our Brazil page explains the position. South African players should note that several neighbouring countries are on Betpanda’s list even though South Africa is not; our South Africa page covers the local rules.
Betpanda describes itself as VPN-friendly. Its own landing page also says a VPN must not be used to get around country restrictions, and its terms let it lock accounts and hold withdrawals. Do not use a VPN or false details: it breaks the terms and is the easiest way to lose a balance at withdrawal. Our coverage pages show which brands serve each market.
Welcome offer and bonus terms
The welcome offer is a 100% match on your first deposit up to 1 BTC. The bonus is paid as cash only after you have wagered the deposit a set number of times within 7 days. 2026 sources disagree on the details:
| Term | Casinos.org (help centre, May 2026) | Kryptocasinos and Tech Insider (June–August 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | 40x the deposit | 80x the deposit |
| Time limit | 7 days | 7 days |
| Minimum deposit | €10 | €10 |
| Maximum bet while wagering | €50 | €10 |
| Game weighting | Slots 100%, live 20%, originals 1%, jackpots and sports 0% | Varies by game |
Say you deposit €200 and receive €200 of bonus. At 40x the deposit you must wager €8,000 in 7 days; at 80x, €16,000. On slots with a 96% RTP the expected cost is about €320 at 40x and €640 at 80x, against a €200 bonus. At 80x the expected loss is more than three times the bonus, and with a €10 bet cap you would need at least 1,600 spins in a week. On those terms the offer is worth skipping.
Live games count only 20% and originals 1%, so the bonus works only for slot players. Read the terms on your own account before depositing, and see our casino bonuses explained guide for how to compare offers. The bonuses hub lists current offers across brands.
Weekly cashback, rakeback and the XP Club
The weekly cashback is the better deal. Betpanda returns 10% of net casino losses each week, credited on Wednesdays at 13:00 UTC, with no wagering. Casinos.org reports that it applies from the Bronze level with at least 50 casino bets in the week, has no cap in the help centre, and excludes sports and bonus-fund losses. Kryptocasinos adds 5% cashback on Evolution live games.
If you deposit €500 in a week and lose €300 of it on slots, 10% cashback returns €30 the following Wednesday, as cash you can withdraw. If you finish the week ahead, you receive nothing, which is how loss-based cashback works. It cushions a losing week; it does not change the house edge.
XP Club and rakeback
Every account joins the XP Club. Kryptocasinos reports 10 XP per qualifying slot spin and 1 XP per blackjack or roulette round, at a minimum of €1 a round. Level names include Panda Club, Bamboo Guardian, Majestic Panda, Panda Commander and Emperor Panda. Bamboo Guardian, at 62,500 XP, unlocks 5% daily rakeback, rising to 10% at the top, with wager-free spins at each level and a personal manager higher up. Our rakeback casinos guide explains how these schemes compare.
Sports and other promotions
Sports bettors get a weekly free bet on Mondays (sized to the previous week’s net losses, from $5 up to $5,000 in one 2026 report) and an accumulator boost of up to 40% on bets with three or more selections at odds of 1.40 or higher. A weekly raffle with a €10,000 pool also runs.
Games, originals and the sportsbook
Counts vary: Kryptocasinos lists about 7,450 games from around 86 providers in August 2026, including about 6,250 slots and more than 900 live titles, while other 2026 reviews give 4,000 to 6,000. Providers include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, Ezugi and Spribe. Some titles are geo-blocked, and reviewers note there are no demo modes.
Betpanda Originals
Betpanda has 11 or 12 in-house games, including crash, dice and keno-style titles, which can be checked with the provably fair seeds after each round. Our provably fair guide shows how to verify a result, and the crash gambling guide explains the risks of fast games.
Sportsbook and esports
The sportsbook runs on the BETBY platform, with football, the main US leagues, tennis, golf, Formula 1 and table tennis, live betting and cash-out. Esports include Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Dota 2 and simulated football and basketball. Our crypto sports betting guide explains margins and limits.
Payments, withdrawals and verification
Betpanda is crypto only. 2026 reviews list 13 coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Solana, XRP, TRON, Litecoin, BNB, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Toncoin and The Sandbox, plus Bitcoin Lightning. Withdrawals go back in the coin you deposited.
| Item | What 2026 reviews report |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | About €10 or 10 USDT; higher for on-chain Bitcoin |
| Limits | €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week, €45,000 per month; higher on request (Casinos.org) |
| Lightning | Under a minute, capped at 0.08 BTC per withdrawal |
| Other coins | Usually 5 to 30 minutes; longer under review |
| Fees | Landing page says none; the help centre says charges may apply by method |
| KYC | Not at sign-up; ID, proof of address and occasionally source of funds can be requested |
An older review gave the daily limit as 8,000 USDT, so the caps may have changed. Either way, Betpanda is not a no-limit casino: a large win will be paid over weeks or months. Make sure you understand that before chasing a big jackpot.
When verification happens
Betpanda’s terms say it can verify your identity at any time and for any reason, and can lock an account or prevent withdrawals. Documents are sent by email rather than uploaded in the account. Casinos Blockchain reports large withdrawals, rapid transactions, suspected linked accounts and random anti-money-laundering checks as triggers, and suggests $2,000 as a common threshold. Many of the one-star reviews describe checks after a big win followed by account closure. Use your real details from the start, keep records of deposits, and test a small withdrawal early. Our no-KYC crypto casinos guide explains why no-KYC rarely means never-KYC.
A €100 withdrawal by Lightning arrives in about a minute for a negligible fee, and stays under the 0.08 BTC Lightning cap. A €10,000 win, by contrast, would take at least two days at €5,000 a day, and could trigger verification first. Plan for the limits rather than the best case. Our instant withdrawal guide compares payout times across brands.
Complaints and reputation in 2026
Beyond Trustpilot, Casinos.org counted 25 logged complaints on 17 September 2026: 15 unresolved, 8 resolved and 2 open. The pattern matches the Trustpilot reviews: withdrawals held after wins, accounts closed after verification and slow replies. Positive reviews mention fast Lightning withdrawals and keno payouts.
Review sites split sharply. Affiliate-led pages score Betpanda between 89 and 93 out of 100, while CryptoSlate gave 7.4 out of 10 and Cryptomaniaks rated it 1.0 out of 5 for reputation. Our view sits between them: a good product with a weak trust record.
Responsible gambling tools
This is Betpanda’s weakest area. 2026 reviews found no self-service deposit limits, loss limits or timed self-exclusion on its public pages. The main tool described is account closure, with a 24-hour cool-off before an account can be reopened. That is far short of what regulated casinos must offer.
- Set a monthly budget outside the casino and deposit only that amount.
- Withdraw winnings to your own wallet; do not leave balances on the site.
- Do not chase XP levels or cashback; they never cover the extra expected loss.
- If you want to stop, close the account in writing and add device-level blocking software.
Gambling is paid entertainment, not a way to make money. Our responsible gambling guide and responsible gambling hub list tools and free support services.
How Betpanda compares with other crypto casinos
| Casino | Main strength | Compared with Betpanda |
|---|---|---|
| Stake | Originals, sportsbook and rakeback at scale | Curaçao licence, longer record and no stated crypto withdrawal maximum |
| BC.Game | Very large library and coin list | More coins and promotions; its own reputation issues |
| Rainbet | Rakeback and a light sign-up | Similar privacy appeal with a different licence set-up |
| Shuffle | Originals and a high-roller VIP ladder | Better suited to large balances |
| Chips.gg | Originals and esports betting | Smaller, with its own 2026 concerns |
Our full list of reviews covers more than thirty crypto brands, and the Stake alternatives guide matches casinos to playing style and country.
How to sign up and test a withdrawal
- Check that your country is not restricted, and that you are not in Ontario or Alberta if you are in Canada.
- Make sure you are on the current domain, register with a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication.
- Decide whether to take the welcome match. Check the wagering multiple and maximum bet shown on your account first.
- Deposit a small amount on a cheap network such as Lightning, TRON or Solana, checking the network before you send.
- Withdraw a small amount early to test the process, and note the daily, weekly and monthly limits.
- Keep records of deposits and withdrawals for budgeting and tax.
