Hyper Lucky is one of the newest crypto casinos we review. It appears to have started trading in the first half of 2026, and it is built around one idea: daily cashback on slot losses instead of a large deposit match. Alongside that it offers a big slot lobby, live tables, a handful of in-house instant games and a sportsbook supplied by BETBY. It is run by a Belize company under an Anjouan licence, and in its first months it collected a run of player complaints about pending deposits and slow withdrawals. Public information is still thin, so where 2026 sources conflict we say so. This review covers what 2026 sources support: the licence and its brief lapse on the register, what the cashback is really worth, the conflicting wagering terms, how withdrawals and verification work, and who should wait for a longer track record.
- New and lightly documented: Hyper Lucky is run by Brightsky Limited (Belize) under Anjouan licence ALSI-202508057-FI2. The register showed the licence expired on 28 August 2026; by 13 October 2026 it showed a renewal to 28 August 2027.
- Cashback is the main offer: most 2026 sources describe 20% daily cashback on net slot losses, capped at 5,000 USDT a day. One review found 10% in the small print, so check the rate on your account.
- “No wagering” is not the whole story: the marketing says bonuses carry no wagering, but section 25.2 of the terms applies a wagering requirement and a €20 maximum bet to every bonus.
- Player complaints are frequent: Trustpilot showed 2.1 out of 5 in October 2026, with most 2026 reviews describing deposits left pending or withdrawals delayed for days or weeks.
- Start small: test a small deposit and withdrawal first, or choose a casino with a longer record from our crypto casino rankings.

Hyper Lucky is young and its public terms are incomplete and in places contradictory. Where 2026 sources disagree we give the range. Treat the cashier and terms on your own account as the final word.
Hyper Lucky in 2026: what we checked
We found no reports of a hack, ownership change or regulatory action against Hyper Lucky in 2026. Two things stand out instead: a short lapse on the licence register, and a run of complaints in the casino’s first months.
Licence lapse and renewal
Hyper Lucky’s Anjouan licence was issued on 29 August 2025 for a one-year term. A Bitcoin.com review found on 2 September 2026 that the register showed the term had ended on 28 August 2026 with no renewal. When the same reviewer re-read the register on 13 October 2026, it showed a renewal to 28 August 2027. The register lists every entry as “valid” regardless of date, so the expiry date is the only useful signal. On the latest check, the licence appears current.
A difficult first few months
Public reviews began in May 2026. Between May and September, most Trustpilot reviews described crypto deposits left pending, withdrawals delayed for days or weeks, and support that did not reply. The company answered most of them in batches on 1 and 15 September 2026, asking players to email support, and at least one player updated a review to say a delayed payment had arrived. AskGamblers listed two unresolved complaints, one about a $25 Dogecoin deposit not credited and one about a $200 Solana withdrawal pending for more than five days.
Hyper Lucky has only a few months of public history and a high share of payment complaints. If you try it, deposit an amount you are comfortable losing, test a withdrawal straight away, and do not build up a balance until payouts have proved reliable for you.
Our verdict on Hyper Lucky
Hyper Lucky’s pitch is simple and, on paper, good value for slot players. Daily cashback on net slot losses returns part of every losing day, and the free spins welcome offer is modest but easy to understand. The lobby is large, the coin list covers the cheap networks, and there is a sportsbook on the same balance.
The problems are trust and clarity. The operator is a Belize company with an Anjouan licence that briefly lapsed on the register. The terms contradict the marketing on wagering, cap bonus bets at €20, charge 2% on repeat withdrawals within 24 hours and allow balances to be confiscated for bonus abuse. Withdrawal limits are not published consistently. Most players who have reviewed it publicly report payment problems.
Our score of 3.5 reflects the product and the value of the cashback. It is not a judgement that Hyper Lucky is as safe as the longer-running brands we review. Until it builds a track record, we suggest small deposits and prompt withdrawals.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Daily cashback on net slot losses, reported at 20% up to 5,000 USDT a day.
- Simple free spins welcome offer instead of a heavily wagered match bonus.
- Registration without documents, with withdrawals confirmed by signing a wallet message.
- Popular studios including Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Betsoft and Spribe.
- BETBY sportsbook with esports on the same balance.
- Licence renewed on the register to August 2027.
What to watch
- Only a few months of public trading history.
- Most 2026 Trustpilot reviews report pending deposits or delayed withdrawals.
- Terms apply wagering and a €20 maximum bet to bonuses despite “no wagering” marketing.
- Deposits must be wagered once on slots; live and table games count 0%.
- A 2% fee on second and later withdrawals within 24 hours.
- Responsible-gambling limits can only be set by emailing support.
Licence, ownership and safety
Hyper Lucky is operated by Brightsky Limited, which reviews give as a Belize company with registration number 000045058. Payments are processed by Softgate Group Limited, a company registered in Limassol, Cyprus. The terms set Costa Rica as the governing law and the place for any court dispute, which is why some review sites describe the casino as licensed in Costa Rica. Its gambling licence is from Anjouan, numbered ALSI-202508057-FI2, and covers hyperlucky.com and a second domain, greatslots.com.
What an Anjouan licence means
Anjouan is at the light end of offshore licensing. Licensees can be set up quickly and the authority is not known for resolving player disputes. In March 2026 Finance Magnates argued that licences issued by Anjouan’s offshore authorities have no legal standing under the Comoros constitution. Several brands we review, including BC.Game and Rainbet, also hold Anjouan licences, so this is not unusual for crypto casinos. It does mean your protection depends largely on the operator’s own conduct. Our crypto casino licence guide explains how to check a licence and what each type offers.
Complaints and closure terms
Hyper Lucky’s terms promise a decision on complaints within ten days, extendable by ten more, and name no independent adjudicator. Other clauses reviewers flagged allow the casino to confiscate remaining balances, including real money, after a finding of bonus abuse; close accounts after six months of inactivity without notice; and withhold funds at termination unless it decides otherwise. None of this is unique to Hyper Lucky, but together they leave players with little leverage.
Account security
Withdrawals are tied to the wallet that funded the account and confirmed with a signed message from that wallet, which makes it harder for someone else to cash out your balance. One review mentions passkey sign-in. Use a unique password, keep your wallet’s recovery phrase offline, and only reach the casino through a link you trust, since copycat sites using the Hyper Lucky name exist.
Games, originals and sportsbook
Hyper Lucky advertises more than 10,000 games. An April 2026 review counted about 5,300 in the lobby, including roughly 4,500 slots, more than 40 RNG table games, over 80 crash titles and about 500 live tables. Studios confirmed on public pages include Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, Spinomenal, Spribe and Nolimit City, and AskGamblers also lists Evolution, Play’n GO and NetEnt.
| Category | What 2026 reviews describe |
|---|---|
| Slots | The bulk of the lobby, including jackpot and bonus-buy titles |
| Live casino | Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows |
| In-house games | Mines, Plinko, Limbo and Tower Rush |
| Crash and instant | More than 80 crash titles and around 45 instant-win games |
| Sportsbook | BETBY sportsbook with pre-match, live betting and esports |
The in-house instant games resemble the originals at larger crypto casinos. We found no 2026 source describing how their fairness can be verified, so do not assume they are provably fair; our provably fair guide explains what to look for. If crash games appeal, read our crash gambling guide first, as fast rounds make it easy to bet more than you planned.
Sportsbook
Two reviews from mid and late 2026 describe a full BETBY sportsbook with its own rules document; an April 2026 review listed no sportsbook, so it was probably added later. Sports bets do not count towards the deposit turnover rule and are excluded from cashback. If betting is your main interest, our crypto sports betting guide covers dedicated options.
Daily cashback, free spins and wagering
Our listing headlines Hyper Lucky’s offer as 20% daily cashback up to $10,000 plus 100 free spins. One October 2026 comparison page uses the same $10,000 figure, but most 2026 reviews, and AskGamblers’ listing from March 2026, put the cap at 5,000 USDT a day. Bitcoin.com found that the landing page headline said 20% while the small print said 10% on net slot losses. Check the current figure in your account before relying on it.
How the cashback works
- It applies to net losses on eligible slots only. Live casino, table games, jackpots and sports bets are excluded.
- The day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, and cashback is reportedly credited on days you have deposited.
- You must opt in and claim it, usually within 24 hours of it being credited.
- A separate 1% slot rakeback, up to 5,000 USDT, was reported in April 2026.
You deposit 500 USDT and finish the day down 400 USDT on eligible slots. At 20%, cashback is 80 USDT; at the 10% rate in the small print, it is 40 USDT. Over a longer run, wagering 2,000 USDT on slots with 96% RTP has an expected loss of 80 USDT, and 20% cashback on that loss returns about 16 USDT, cutting the effective house edge from 4% to about 3.2%. Cashback reduces losses; it does not turn them into profit.
Free spins welcome offer
New players can get up to 100 free spins on a first deposit of at least 20 USDT, credited over five days. One review says the number of spins is tied to the deposit, with 20 USDT giving 20 spins, and that winnings from spins are capped at 1,000 USDT. Some reviews also mention a larger welcome package of up to 10,000 USDT paid in parts. Offers appear to have changed during 2026.
The wagering contradiction
Hyper Lucky’s About page and FAQ say no bonus carries wagering. Section 25.2 of its terms says a wagering requirement applies to every bonus, without giving a figure, and caps bets made with bonus funds at €20. A single breach of the bet cap can void the bonus and its winnings. Until the casino publishes clear bonus terms, ask support in writing what applies to your cashback or spins and keep the reply. Our casino bonuses guide explains how wagering and bet caps work, and the bonuses hub compares offers with clearer terms.
Deposits, withdrawals and KYC
Hyper Lucky is crypto-only. Cards and mobile wallets can be used only to buy crypto through a third party. Sources list about nine coins, differing on whether BNB, USDC and Bitcoin Cash are included.
| Item | What 2026 sources report |
|---|---|
| Coins | BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC, TRX, DOGE, plus BNB or BCH depending on source |
| Minimum deposit | About 10 USDT; 20 USDT for the free spins |
| Minimum withdrawal | About €15 to €20, or 20 USDT |
| Deposit turnover | Each deposit must be wagered 1x; slots count 100%, live and table games 0% |
| Withdrawal fee | 2% on the second and later request within 24 hours |
| Withdrawal limits | Not published consistently; reported as €5,000 a week or a day and €20,000 a month |
| Extra checks | Source-of-funds checks may apply above €2,000 |
| Destination | Back to the wallet that funded the account |
Turnover rule for table players
The 1x deposit turnover counts only slots. If you deposit to play blackjack or roulette, your table bets do not count, so you may need to place slot bets equal to your deposit before you can withdraw it. That is a real cost for live-casino players and a reason to choose another casino if tables are your main game.
Payout speed
The terms commit to no processing time. The FAQ says most withdrawals are instant, and AskGamblers lists 0 to 24 hours with pending times of one to five days and no weekend cashouts. Player reports range from fast payouts to waits of several weeks. Our instant withdrawal casinos guide explains what affects payout speed and which casinos have a better record.
Verification
Registration needs no documents, and withdrawals are confirmed with a wallet signature. The anti-money-laundering policy, updated on 1 June 2026, still lets Hyper Lucky ask for photo ID, a selfie and proof of address, in some cases before a first deposit and more often before larger withdrawals. Our no-KYC crypto casinos guide explains why no-KYC sign-up never rules out checks later.
Countries where Hyper Lucky is restricted
Section 4.4 of Hyper Lucky’s terms lists 27 restricted territories. Those named in 2026 reviews include the United States, France, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Israel, Russia, China, Afghanistan, Syria and the Canadian province of New Brunswick. The clause covers citizens of those places as well as residents and anyone located there, and the casino can change the list at any time.
We list Hyper Lucky for players in South Africa, Switzerland, Singapore, Thailand, Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Norway and Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, although New Brunswick players are blocked by Hyper Lucky’s own terms. That reflects the operator’s terms, not a view that offshore gambling is legal where you live: several of these countries restrict or prohibit it. We do not list crypto casinos in Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Australia, Brazil, Great Britain or the United States.
Do not use a VPN or false details to get around a restriction. It breaks the terms and gives the casino grounds to void winnings. See our coverage map and the Canada and South Africa pages for options in your market.
Player feedback and reputation
In October 2026 Trustpilot showed a score of 2.1 out of 5 from 20 reviews written between May and September 2026, 85% of them one star. Trustpilot noted that the company had not invited reviews recently and that it typically took more than a month to reply.
What players report
- Crypto deposits shown as complete on-chain but left pending at the casino.
- Withdrawals delayed for days or weeks, with one player saying payment came after about a month.
- Live chat and email that did not respond.
- One report of a 1,000 euro withdrawal limit, and others saying only small withdrawals succeeded.
- Two positive reviews praising a VIP host and fast transactions with the cashback offer.
Editorial views differ sharply. AskGamblers gave a CasinoRank of 4.4 out of 10, Bitcoin.com rated it 2.2 out of 5, and affiliate-style sites such as CryptoGamble Canada and CoinGambling scored it far higher. We also earn from some operators, as our reviews hub explains, which is why we report complaints alongside the product.
Responsible gambling at Hyper Lucky
Hyper Lucky offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion and deposit limits, but both must be requested by email. There are no self-serve limits in the account, no session timers or reality checks, and no cooling-off option. The site links to Gamban, Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware.
Daily cashback deserves particular care. Because it pays back part of each losing day, it can encourage chasing losses or playing every day to collect it. Set a budget before you start, do not deposit just to qualify for cashback, and stop when the budget is gone. Gambling is paid entertainment, not income. Our responsible gambling guide and the responsible gambling hub list free support services.
How Hyper Lucky compares with other crypto casinos
| Casino | Licence | Main reward | Main difference from Hyper Lucky |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hyper Lucky | Anjouan | Daily slot cashback | New, cashback-led, frequent payment complaints |
| Punkz | Anjouan (register showed expiry) | 100% match, 80x deposit | Similar size; heavier bonus and lower withdrawal caps |
| Stake | Curaçao | Rakeback and VIP bonuses | Much longer record and no stated crypto withdrawal cap |
| BC.Game | Anjouan | Multi-deposit match and VIP | Larger coin list and longer history |
| Rainbet | Anjouan | Rakeback-led rewards | Established brand with similar slot focus |
| Shuffle | Curaçao | Rakeback and VIP | Larger brand with originals and sportsbook |
