Cryptorino is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook that launched in 2024 and is usually linked to Star Bright Media SRL, the Costa Rica company associated with Betpanda and Punkz. It is best known for a 100% welcome match up to 1 BTC and a 10% weekly cashback paid without wagering. It is also one of the harder brands we cover to pin down: sources disagree on its licence, its game count and its bonus terms, and 2026 has brought public reports of held withdrawals and confiscated balances. Reliable independent data on Cryptorino is thinner than for most brands we review, so this review is shorter than usual and says where facts could not be confirmed. It covers the licence question, the 2026 complaints, what the bonus and cashback are worth, withdrawal limits and verification, and how Cryptorino compares with better-documented alternatives.
- Not listed by us: because we could not verify a gambling licence for Cryptorino in October 2026, we do not currently list it in any market we cover.
- 2026 warning signs first: an August 2026 check of the Anjouan and Curaçao registers found no licence covering cryptorino.io, and the Anjouan licence held by the associated company covers other brands and passed its listed expiry date on 28 August 2026. Players reported held withdrawals and confiscated balances in July and August 2026.
- Operator: usually given as Star Bright Media SRL of San José, Costa Rica, which is linked to Betpanda and Punkz. Costa Rica registers businesses but does not license gambling.
- Welcome bonus: 100% up to 1 BTC, with most 2026 reviews citing 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus within 7 days and a €10 maximum bet. Some reviews quote 66x the deposit instead.
- Cashback: 10% of net casino losses weekly, paid on Mondays with no wagering requirement. This is the part of the offer reviewers rate most highly.
- Withdrawal limits: published at €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €45,000 a month, although several affiliate reviews say there is no maximum. Trustpilot showed 2.2 out of 5 in October 2026.

Our verdict on Cryptorino
On features, Cryptorino offers a fair amount. The library is large, the cashier takes a decent spread of coins, the sportsbook shares the casino balance, and a 10% weekly cashback with no wagering is a better ongoing deal than many crypto casinos offer. Players who stay small and withdraw often report quick crypto payouts.
The problems are about trust. We could not confirm a gambling licence that covers this domain, and the most thorough 2026 review we found, published by Bitcoin.com in August, rated the brand poorly on safety. Public complaints in 2026 describe large balances held after wins and accounts closed with winnings confiscated. Those are unverified individual accounts, but with no licence to appeal to, a player who disagrees with a decision has very few options.
Cryptorino suits players who want a weekly cashback without strings and are willing to keep balances small and withdraw after every session. If you plan to play with larger sums or chase a big win, choose a casino whose licence and payout record you can check, such as those in our crypto casino rankings.
Pros and cons

- Several thousand slots and live tables from established studios.
- Sportsbook and esports on the same balance as the casino.
- No platform fee on crypto deposits or withdrawals, according to 2026 reviews.
- Registration needs only an email address.
What to watch

- Reported held withdrawals and confiscated balances after large wins in 2026.
- Welcome bonus needs heavy wagering within only 7 days.
- Withdrawal caps of €5,000 a day and €45,000 a month, as published.
- Trustpilot score of 2.2 out of 5 in October 2026, with few replies from the company.
- No native mobile app and only about ten provably fair games.
2026 status check: licence and complaints
Before reviewing any brand we check for hacks, outages, closures, licence actions and ownership changes. For Cryptorino we found no hack, outage, closure or rebrand in 2026. We did find a licence problem and a set of serious complaints.
The licence question
On 31 August 2026 Bitcoin.com’s reviewers searched every entry on the Anjouan Gaming Authority register and the Curaçao register and found no licence covering cryptorino.io. The Anjouan licence held by Star Bright Media SRL, ALSI-202408063-FI3, was issued on 29 August 2024 with an expiry date of 28 August 2026, and covers Punkz and CasinoPunkz domains rather than Cryptorino. The company was not on the revoked or suspended lists, but the register shows every licence as valid, including ones past their expiry date, so that tells you little. Most other 2026 reviews describe Cryptorino as licensed in Costa Rica under number 3-102-880000, which is a company registration number. Costa Rica does not issue gambling licences.
Withheld winnings and closed accounts
Bitcoin.com recorded two cases in its review in which balances were confiscated, including 90,000 of a 100,000 Norwegian krone balance. In July 2026 one player publicly described reaching a balance of about $256,000 after a large win, then having the withdrawal held and about $100,000 withheld on grounds that it was not obtained honestly. In August 2026 another player described a withdrawal cancelled over an unwagered deposit and a second held for security checks with no timeframe. A separate account was reportedly closed after the player was identified as being in Serbia. These accounts are unverified, and we do not know Cryptorino’s side of each case.
With no licensing body to complain to, the only protection is how you play. Keep your balance low, withdraw after each session, use your real details, play only from a country the terms allow, and finish any bonus wagering before you request a withdrawal.
Licence, ownership and safety
Most reviews in 2026 name Star Bright Media SRL, based in the Barrio Dent area of San José, Costa Rica, as the company behind Cryptorino, and describe the brand as a sister site of Betpanda. Bitcoin.com notes that nothing it could read ties that company directly to the cryptorino.io domain, because the casino’s own terms would not load for its reviewers. Betpanda itself was linked to a different company, Interactive Pandas SRL, whose Anjouan licence passed its listed expiry in February 2026.
What this means for you
A Costa Rica company registration is a business permit, not a gambling licence. It brings no fairness testing, no rules on keeping player money separate, and no dispute service. Even an Anjouan or Curaçao licence offers limited recourse, but it is at least a named regulator that publishes a register. Our crypto casino licence guide explains how to check a licence yourself and why it matters when a withdrawal is disputed.
Game fairness
Cryptorino carries third-party slots and live tables, which use each studio’s own certified random number generator. Its in-house style games are described as provably fair, but Bitcoin.com could not find a working verifier or a named testing lab. Read our provably fair guide for how verification should work, and our RTP guide for why a slot’s return can differ between casinos.
Countries and access
Cryptorino’s restricted list is not consistently published. A July 2026 review lists the United States, Cyprus, Tunisia, Nepal, Nigeria, Syria, Costa Rica, Cuba, Sudan and Bangladesh. Other reviews say many regions are accepted but that individual games may be blocked by location. One reported account closure involved a player in Serbia.
Our editorial policy is stricter than the casino’s own list. We do not list any crypto brand for players in Great Britain, the United States, Australia, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium or Brazil, and in Canada we exclude Ontario and Alberta, which run their own regulated markets. See our Canada and South Africa pages for local detail, and check the market pages for any rules that apply to you.
- Brazil: Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026 banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games in Brazil, including from operators abroad. See our Brazil page.
- United Kingdom and Australia: offshore crypto casinos are not licensed to serve these markets. See our UK and Australia pages.
Never use a VPN or false details to reach a casino from a restricted country. It breaks the terms, and it is one of the most common reasons given for confiscating a balance.
Welcome bonus: 100% up to 1 BTC
New players get a 100% match on the first deposit, up to 1 BTC or the equivalent in another coin, with a minimum deposit of about $10. Some reviews add 50 free spins. Most 2026 reviews, including Blockonomi in September and Bitcoin.com in August, describe 40x wagering on the deposit and bonus combined, to be completed within 7 days, with a €10 maximum bet. A July 2026 review instead describes 66x the deposit within 7 days, and one Trustpilot reviewer also cites 66x. The bonus may be presented differently on different accounts, so read the terms before opting in.
| Game type | Contribution to wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Live casino | 20% |
| Provably fair games | 1% |
| Progressive jackpots | 0% |
| Sports bets | 0% |
You deposit $100 and receive a $100 bonus. At 40x deposit plus bonus you must wager $8,000 on slots within 7 days. On slots with 96% RTP the average cost of $8,000 in bets is $320, more than three times the $100 bonus. Under the 66x deposit version you would wager $6,600, with an average cost of $264. Either way the bonus is likely to cost more than it returns, and the 7-day window means about $1,000 of slot bets a day.
If you claim the bonus, do not request a withdrawal until wagering is complete. One of the 2026 complaints involved a withdrawal cancelled because a deposit had not been wagered. Our casino bonus guide explains how to value offers like this.
Weekly cashback and VIP
The weekly cashback is Cryptorino’s strongest feature. Reviews describe it as 10% of net casino losses over the week, paid on Mondays at 13:00 UTC, with no wagering requirement and no stated cap. Some reviews say you need 1,500 VIP points to qualify, and July 2026 coverage mentions an extra 5% boosted cashback on some slots and live games.
Over a week you deposit and lose a net $500 on slots. The cashback returns 10% of that, $50, as withdrawable money. It does not change the house edge in your favour: you are still $450 down. Cashback softens losses; it does not create profit.
The VIP Club awards points for every dollar wagered and, according to September 2026 reviews, has four tiers from Bronze to Diamond, with higher cashback, faster withdrawals and a personal host at the top. Some reviews say you can transfer VIP status from another casino. Sports bets do not count toward VIP progress. For how cashback compares with rakeback at other casinos, see our rakeback guide.
Games and sportsbook
Most 2026 reviews put the library at about 6,000 to 6,300 games from around 60 to 90 studios, with slots making up most of it and several hundred live tables. Bitcoin.com said the casino does not publish a consistent figure. Named studios include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Evolution in some reviews, and Betsoft and Microgaming in others. There are about ten provably fair games, and demo play is available on many titles.
The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey and esports, with pre-match, live and virtual betting, an accumulator boost and cash-out. It shares the casino balance, but sports bets do not count toward the casino bonus. Our crypto sports betting guide covers what to look for in an offshore sportsbook.
Payments, coins and withdrawal limits
| Item | Details (2026 reviews) |
|---|---|
| Cryptocurrencies | BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, BNB, TRX, TON, LTC, DOGE, SHIB and SAND across sources |
| Fiat | Crypto only in most reviews; card purchase through partners in some |
| Minimum deposit | About $10 |
| Minimum withdrawal | About 20 USDT equivalent |
| Daily limit | €5,000 |
| Weekly limit | €15,000 |
| Monthly limit | €45,000; higher limits on request or for VIPs |
| Fees | No platform fee; blockchain network fees apply |
Several affiliate reviews say there is no maximum withdrawal, but the published limits recorded by Bitcoin.com and Casinolandia say otherwise. Assume the limits apply. A €40,000 balance would take at least three weeks to withdraw under the weekly cap. Compare that with the casinos in our instant withdrawal guide, and read the deposits and withdrawals guide before sending crypto.
KYC and verification
Registration needs only an email address, and no documents are required to deposit or play. Reviews agree that Cryptorino can ask for identity documents at withdrawal, especially for large amounts or flagged activity, and the 2026 complaints show these checks most often arrive after a big win. Our no-KYC crypto casinos guide explains why "no KYC" usually means "KYC later". Use your real name and details from the start so that any check can be passed quickly.
Player feedback and reputation in 2026
Cryptorino’s Trustpilot score was 2.2 out of 5 from 367 reviews when we checked in October 2026, with 56% one-star and 33% five-star ratings. In August 2026 Bitcoin.com read the same page as 3.4 out of 5 from 451 reviews, so the score and review count changed noticeably in six weeks. Trustpilot reported a 12% reply rate to negative reviews, usually after more than a month.
The negative themes are consistent: withdrawals delayed or cancelled, repeated security checks, accounts closed after wins, unclear bonus terms and slow support. Some reviewers allege lower slot RTPs; Cryptorino’s replies say short-term results vary by chance. Positive reviews mention fast withdrawals and a wide slot selection. None of these reviews are verified, but the pattern matches what independent reviewers found.
Responsible gambling at Cryptorino
We found little in 2026 reviews about Cryptorino’s deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion. Weekly cashback can make losses feel smaller than they are, and the 7-day bonus window pushes you towards heavy play. Set a budget before you deposit, treat it as the cost of entertainment, and stop when it is gone. Our responsible gambling guide and the responsible gambling hub list tools and support services.
How Cryptorino compares
| Brand | Best for | Main difference from Cryptorino |
|---|---|---|
| Cryptorino | Wager-free weekly cashback | Our score 3.0; no verifiable licence for this domain in August 2026 |
| Betpanda | Sister brand with a sportsbook | Same group; similar licence questions in 2026 |
| Stake | All-round crypto gambling | Curaçao licence, no maximum crypto withdrawal, VIP rakeback |
| BC.Game | Huge library and coin list | Anjouan licence on the register; larger cashier |
| CoinCasino | Big welcome bonus | Anjouan licence; 200% offer with staged release |
If a licence you can check matters to you, Stake, BC.Game and CoinCasino all name a regulator and licence number, although each has its own drawbacks. Browse every brand in our reviews hub, or compare offers in bonuses.
How to sign up and test a withdrawal
- Check that online casino play is allowed where you live and that your country is not on the restricted list.
- Register with your real details and a unique password.
- Decide whether to skip the welcome bonus; skipping it keeps your deposit free to withdraw.
- Deposit a small amount on a cheap network, checking the network before you send.
- Play, then request a small withdrawal to test the process before you deposit more.
- Withdraw winnings promptly rather than building a balance, and keep records for budgeting.
