Toshi.bet, often written Toshibet, is a crypto casino and sportsbook that launched in 2023 and sells itself on three things: no identity checks, withdrawals in minutes, and a cartoon-cat brand with its own provably fair "Toshi’s Dojo" games. In 2026 it announced an Anjouan licence, ran a $100,000 World Cup prediction game and publicised an $84,000 slot win paid out in under two minutes. It also collected a run of serious player complaints: its Trustpilot score was 2.0 out of 5 in October 2026, with reports of frozen balances and accounts closed after large wins. Independent 2026 information on Toshi.bet is thinner than for the bigger brands we review, so this review is shorter than usual and says clearly where sources disagree or where we could not verify a claim.

Key takeaways
  • Complaints come first: Toshi.bet’s Trustpilot score was 2.0 / 5 from 116 reviews in October 2026, with 62% one-star. Reviews from September and October 2026 describe withdrawals that never arrived, accounts blocked after cash-outs and a VIP balance frozen. These are unverified, but the pattern is consistent.
  • Licence is not fully confirmed: Toshi.bet announced an Anjouan licence in April 2026 and review sites name BowtoyourSensei Ltd as the operator. We found no published licence number, and some 2026 reviews still say it is unlicensed.
  • No KYC, with caveats: you register with an email or wallet and are not usually asked for documents, but larger withdrawals can go to manual review with no stated timeframe.
  • Bonus terms disagree: Toshi.bet’s own marketing describes a 200% / 150% / 100% three-deposit ladder with no wagering, but reviewers describe the bonus as unlocked gradually through wagering. Read the terms in your account before depositing.
  • Responsible-gambling tools are thin: a September 2026 review found no deposit limits, loss limits or cooling-off period.

Our verdict on Toshi.bet

The product case for Toshi.bet is easy to make. It combines a mid-sized slot library from well-known studios, a set of provably fair originals with a quoted 98.9% RTP, a sportsbook with live betting and cash-out, rakeback from the first bet, and the kind of light sign-up that no-KYC crypto casinos are known for. An independent September 2026 test by CryptoGamble recorded a withdrawal of about $1,971 in USDT that arrived in around four hours, with no verification requested.

The case against is about how it treats players when things go wrong. The Trustpilot record in late 2026 is poor, and the complaints follow a familiar pattern for no-KYC casinos: a large win or a cash-out request, then an account review, a block and slow or no replies. Toshi.bet says it replies to only about 11% of negative reviews. Its licence was announced in a sponsored press release without a number, and the same September review found that the responsible-gambling features described in its policy had not been deployed.

Who it is for

Toshi.bet suits experienced crypto players who want originals, slots and sports with minimal paperwork, and who are willing to accept a weak complaints record in exchange. Keep balances small, withdraw often and do not leave a large win sitting on the site. If dispute handling matters to you, compare it with better-documented brands in our crypto casino rankings.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • Registration with an email or crypto wallet and no documents in normal play.
  • Provably fair Toshi’s Dojo originals, quoted at 98.9% RTP.
  • Rakeback from sign-up with no minimum wager, according to 2026 reviews.
  • Slots from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and BGaming, plus Evolution live tables.
  • A $1 minimum deposit and cheap withdrawals on Solana.
  • Sportsbook with live betting, cash-out and free-to-enter prediction games.

What to watch

  • Trustpilot score of 2.0 / 5 with recent reports of frozen balances and blocked accounts.
  • Licence announced without a published number; some reviews still call it unlicensed.
  • Large withdrawals can be held for manual review with no stated timeframe or reason.
  • Conflicting descriptions of the welcome bonus and how it unlocks.
  • No deposit limits, loss limits or cooling-off period found in a September 2026 test.
  • A $4 fixed fee on TRON and Ethereum withdrawals, heavy on small amounts.

Player complaints in 2026

We put this section near the top because it is the most important thing to know before depositing. When we checked Trustpilot in October 2026, Toshi.bet had a TrustScore of 2.0 out of 5 from 116 reviews, 52 of them in the previous 12 months. Sixty-two per cent were one-star and 34% five-star, with almost nothing in between.

  • Withdrawals not arriving: reviews dated 6 and 12 October 2026 describe withdrawals that never landed, and a September review describes a Litecoin deposit that was never credited.
  • Accounts blocked after cash-outs: reviews from July to early October 2026 describe accounts blocked after a withdrawal request or a large win, including one closed over tennis parlays.
  • Funds held: one May 2026 review describes $500 held for two weeks without explanation; a June review describes $3,500 withheld over alleged multi-accounting, which the reviewer disputes.
  • High-roller balance frozen: an October 2026 review from a VIP player describes a balance of $30,000 to $40,000 frozen after delayed withdrawals.
  • Support: many reviews from June to October 2026 describe support not replying.

Trustpilot does not verify reviews, and unhappy customers are more likely to post than satisfied ones. Some of these disputes may involve genuine breaches of the terms. Still, the volume and consistency of recent complaints is well above what we see for brands such as Stake or Shuffle. We could not check Casino.guru’s complaint record directly; secondary sources quote very different Safety Index scores for Toshi.bet, so look it up yourself.

If your withdrawal is stuck

If a withdrawal is held, keep screenshots of your balance, bets and the withdrawal request, ask support in writing for the specific term you are said to have broken, and do not open a second account to get around a block, which almost always forfeits the balance. Withdrawing in smaller amounts as you go limits how much can be held at once.

Licence, operator and ownership

Toshi.bet does not put a company name in its press releases, but review sites, including Top100Bookmakers (updated 1 October 2026) and LCB (September 2026), name the operator as BowtoyourSensei Ltd. CryptoGamble’s September 2026 review says the operator is incorporated in St Vincent and the Grenadines. A sponsored release in April 2026 announced that Toshi.bet had received a licence from the Anjouan Gaming Board covering casino, sports betting and interactive gaming, but it gave no licence number or issue date.

Sources still disagree. An October 2026 review on Burning the Dice says Toshi.bet operates without any gambling licence, and an older PokerListings page cites Curaçao. Toshi.bet’s August and September 2026 releases describe a "valid gaming licence" without naming the regulator. Until a licence number appears that can be checked on the Anjouan register, we treat the licence as announced but unconfirmed.

Even a confirmed Anjouan licence offers little protection. There is no independent complaints service you can rely on, and enforcing anything against a small offshore company is slow and costly. Our crypto casino licence guide explains how to check a licence and why the issuing authority matters.

Welcome bonus: what the sources say

This is where the evidence is weakest. Toshi.bet’s sponsored September 2026 release, and its own marketing, describe a three-deposit welcome ladder of 200% on the first deposit, 150% on the second and 100% on the third, with no wagering requirements. Independent reviewers describe it differently. Burning the Dice (October 2026) says the bonus is worth up to 450% across the first deposits but is unlocked through wagering tiers. LCB (September 2026) found no promotions page and said bonus details appear only during the deposit process, with unclear terms. CryptoGamble recorded no bonus data at all.

Bonuses that are "unlocked as you wager" are common at no-KYC casinos and are closer to rakeback than to a deposit match: you do not get the full amount up front, and the release rate decides what it is really worth.

Worked example: a bonus unlocked by wagering

Suppose you deposit $100 and are shown a 200% bonus of $200 that releases at 0.4% of the amount you wager. Releasing all $200 would need $200 ÷ 0.004 = $50,000 of wagering. On slots with a 4% house edge, the expected loss on $50,000 is $2,000, ten times the bonus. On originals at a 1.1% edge (98.9% RTP), it is $550. The bonus softens losses on play you would do anyway; it is not free money. The 0.4% rate here is only an illustration, so find the real rate in your account.

Our listing data describes the offer as "100% up to $1,000"; we found no 2026 source supporting that figure. Our casino bonuses explained guide shows how to compare locked, sticky and cashable offers.

Rakeback, VIP ranks and the Toshi Gold token

Rakeback is the more dependable part of Toshi.bet’s rewards. CryptoGamble reports that it starts at sign-up with no minimum wager, scales with volume and is paid instantly in cash. Burning the Dice describes rakeback of "up to 60%", credited within minutes, with VIP levels adding daily and lifetime "rakeboosts" that can be claimed up to three times a day. Neither source makes clear what the 60% is a share of; at most casinos rakeback is a share of the house edge, not of your stake. Toshi.bet’s September 2026 release describes eight VIP ranks, from Fish to Poseidon, and sports bets count three times towards VIP progress.

What rakeback is worth

Rakeback is usually a share of the house edge. Wager $10,000 on originals with a 1.1% edge and your expected loss is $110. At 20% rakeback you would get back $22; even at 60% you would get $66 and still expect to lose $44. On slots with a 4% edge, the same $10,000 has an expected loss of $400. Rakeback reduces the cost of playing; it never turns it into profit.

Toshi Gold and token promises

Toshi.bet runs a points-style currency called Toshi Gold, earned through real-money play. Burning the Dice links it to a planned token, $GAMBLE, and an upcoming airdrop. CryptoGamble found in September 2026 that Toshi Gold had no current use and could not be exchanged or withdrawn, and at least one Trustpilot reviewer says a promised airdrop never launched. Give Toshi Gold no value when deciding where to play. Our rakeback casinos guide compares Toshi.bet’s model with flat-rate rakeback elsewhere.

Toshi’s Dojo originals and casino games

Toshi.bet’s in-house games sit in a section called Toshi’s Dojo. CryptoGamble counted 13 provably fair titles at a quoted 98.9% RTP; Toshi.bet’s own release says 15. Titles named in 2026 reviews include Toshi Towers, Toshi Roulette and Dojo Dash, alongside crash, dice and mines-style games. You can verify each result after the round using the server seed, client seed and nonce. Our provably fair guide explains how that works.

The third-party library includes Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and BGaming, with live tables from Evolution. CryptoGamble reported an unexplained 1% difference between the RTP shown on BGaming slots and the expected figure, and said support could not explain how the RTP display was calculated. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP, and read our RTP guide for why a single percentage point matters over thousands of spins.

Sportsbook and prediction games

Toshi.bet says its sportsbook covers 52 sports, with in-play betting and cash-out. 2026 coverage describes football, basketball (including NBA spreads, totals, player props and futures), tennis, cricket, MMA and esports. We found no independent analysis of its margins, so compare its prices with another bookmaker on the matches you actually bet on; our sports betting odds guide shows how.

Toshi.bet also runs free-to-enter prediction games. Its Last Man Standing survivor pool, where you pick one winning team per round without reusing a team, advertised a $5,000 weekly prize and a $100,000 pool for the 2026 World Cup. Be aware that one October 2026 Trustpilot review describes an account closed over tennis parlays, so read the sportsbook rules on bet patterns and voided bets before staking large amounts. Our crypto sports betting guide covers the basics.

Payments, coins and withdrawals

Toshi.bet is crypto only. Its 2026 releases claim 19 supported cryptocurrencies, and review sites list BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC, DOGE and XRP among them. LCB’s September 2026 review mentions more than 35 coins, so the exact list is unclear; check the cashier before you send anything.

ItemWhat 2026 sources report
Minimum deposit$1
Minimum withdrawalAbout $5
Withdrawal fee$4 fixed on TRON and Ethereum; about $0.001 on Solana (CryptoGamble, September 2026)
Advertised speedUnder two minutes (Toshi.bet press releases)
Independent test$1,971.28 USDT withdrawn in about four hours (CryptoGamble)
Maximum withdrawalNone listed; large withdrawals may be reviewed manually
Cancelling a withdrawalNot possible once requested (CryptoGamble)
Worked example: fees on a small withdrawal

A $4 fixed fee is 8% of a $50 withdrawal and 0.4% of a $1,000 one. Sending the same $50 on Solana at about $0.001 costs almost nothing. For small, frequent withdrawals, the network you choose matters more than the casino’s headline speed.

Toshi.bet publicised an $84,000 max win on Nolimit City’s Duck Hunters in August 2026, paid in under two minutes. That came from a sponsored release and was not independently checked. The independent test above is a better guide: it worked, but took hours, not minutes. Our instant withdrawal guide explains what speeds payouts up and how to choose a network.

KYC and privacy

No KYC is Toshi.bet’s main selling point. You sign up with an email and password or a crypto wallet, and CryptoGamble’s September 2026 test triggered no verification. Even so, Burning the Dice notes that verification may still be requested for suspicious or high-volume withdrawals, and a 2026 Dunkest article says verification applies to higher-tier accounts and certain withdrawal thresholds. That matches the Trustpilot complaints, many of which begin with a large withdrawal.

No-KYC also has a downside: without verified identity, the casino has more room to decide after the fact that you broke a rule such as multi-accounting. Use one account, accurate details and your own wallet. Our no-KYC guide explains the trade-offs in more detail.

Countries and availability

We could not find a full, current restricted-country list from an independent source. Reviewers report that Toshi.bet’s user agreement lists Ontario as excluded, LCB says South African players are not accepted, and Top100Bookmakers mentions blocks across Western Europe, the Middle East and South America. Toshi.bet’s terms put the responsibility on you to confirm that playing is legal where you live.

Canada

In Canada we list Toshi.bet only outside Ontario and Alberta. Ontario runs a regulated online market through iGaming Ontario, which publishes a directory of authorised sites, and Alberta now runs its own regulated market. Elsewhere in Canada, offshore crypto casinos operate in a legal grey area with no provincial protection. See our Canada page.

Brazil

Brazil’s Provisional Measure 1,394 of 25 September 2026 banned fixed-odds betting and online casino games, including those offered from abroad, with licensed sites taken offline from 6 October. An offshore casino is not a legal option there; see our Brazil page.

CryptoGamble notes that Toshi.bet’s terms allow VPNs. We do not recommend using one to reach any casino from a country where it is restricted or gambling is illegal: it can break local law and gives the operator grounds to void winnings. Our coverage pages show which brands serve your market.

Responsible gambling tools

CryptoGamble’s September 2026 test found no functional deposit limits, loss limits or cooling-off period, and said the responsible-gambling policy described features the platform had not deployed. Top100Bookmakers also lists self-exclusion tools as absent. Combined with instant rakeback, frequent prediction games and fast originals, that leaves you to set every limit yourself.

  • Decide a monthly budget before you deposit, and only send that amount.
  • Withdraw winnings to your own wallet as you go instead of building a balance.
  • Do not chase VIP ranks or token rewards; the extra rakeback never covers the extra expected loss.
  • Use device-level blocking or your bank’s gambling block if you want to stop.

Gambling is paid entertainment, not income. Our responsible gambling guide lists practical tools and free support services.
